Agreed

The units furthest from One Residences facing TRX might be able to see KLCC because of the angle, but don't have hopes up tongue.gif

Type C and Type B1 have balconies facing TRX.

Type A is Bandar Malaysia area.

Type B is facility view.

Don't think the units will be blocked by TRX, the angle quite big from trx to klcc. Can see the yellow lines in this image.

I meant that One Residences won't block KLCC view as much, but the map is useful to illustrate, thanks XD

Definitely agree that it's great for own stay, if can afford the relatively premium price tag laugh.gif

Friend went to sign SPA, she sent me the latest sticker game display tongue.gif Interesting to see that most of the TRX view upper units have been booked or bought.

Yeh, type b1 is the the first sold out unit type in this project. Told it was almost fully booked at my first visit to the sales gallery at around august

Type B strikes a nice balance between layout, size, and overall price for first time home buyers or investors who plan to let out whole units, so it's not surprising to see that whole section on block B sold out, with it having the best view laugh.gif

Best to get within budget then. Cos with the way the world is happening, political and economic unstable, such big finance commitment can murder you without warning.

If Airbnb I say Trion 1 better because mixed development, has retail/shopping mall attached. Easier for short term renters.

But don’t forget there is already a hotel running inside trion1. So i think it will be quite competitive among airbnb and hotel.

Yea, pros n cons. Pros is because it's mixed development there's more attractiveness to tourists. But hotel is likely to have less freedoms like cooking etc.
