So far i think no group chat created for trion 2 owners yet. I guess we can create one? Do you guys prefer to do it in whatsapp or telegram?

Sure incurred time to for resubmit loan if opt for HOC.

Yep. Even with Trion 2's average price point, 5% rebate is way higher than MOT rebate unless government raise MOT % in future 🤣 max MOT now only 1% for first RM100k + 2% next RM400k + 3% next RM500k. So average out 5% still higher rebate.

Anyway according to SA all early bookings who haven't signed S&P get offered the HOC package anyway.

5% rebate (Depend selected unit) for early buyer should be better than HOC package without rebate but I think that if developer can offer HOC package with still able enjoy rebate is the best lo..

Your HOC loan approved ad? I just resubmit it on last Friday, not too sure still able to make it by 9/11 although my SA told me he wrote to the developer to appeal. I hope the developer will extend the 5% to those who already got the loan offer from the bank by 9/11..... as the best rate is from affin bank and according to the banker affin is very slow due to covid-19. Some more my another name in SPA is not in klang valley...

My agent told me my appeal is successful too. He told me my loan offer with HOC will ready by this week too. So he will arrange for SPA signing next week. I just wonder how as co-buyer is not in Klang Valley. LOL
