This game is generating massive amounts of rage in a whole lot of PC gaming forums, literally.

- almost zero graphics tweaking
- massive texture pop-in, worse than Singularity at launch and constant
- no widescreen FOV

etc etc

I thought the issue is for people with low spec systems?

edit: eh no wor... high end oso kena. Maybe driver?

SERIOUS AR!!!!! lolz and i tot id would wow everyone this time around ... f*** man ... wasted 125 ... and i haven't even got the game yet!!!! sad news man !!

I'm sure they'll patch things up.

I'll buy it when they fix this crap.

Its another poor port to PC.

Hmmm, I'll evaluate myself once I get the game tomorrow.

The problem is it's ID Software that's doing the port, not some garbage developer.

i think those bugs are easily fix able and it varies to each graphic cards.

well,the original size of the game should be ~100gb,ultra-compressed to only ~25gb just to accommodate console gamers... AFAIK, iD always make PC gamers its first priority rather than console gamers...

And they are the godfather of FPS that sparked popularity in PC gaming.
yet they focus on console.



I'm close from getting the game from PBB seller just now. lucky i read review and users' comments 1st.

installing now from my retail copy, is 3 disc, will post up if i see above issue show in video.
cause i using low end, 9800gtx+ and core 2 duo E8200 with 2gb ram on win 7 only.

sad to see another good PC platform developer turn into ''consolized''.....

Doesn't sound too promising.

by the way, i think RAGE can be tweak, cause surely got console 1.
FOV and everything like mosue acceleration also should be able to tweak.
