Waja 1.6x, bought in 2001, i don't have d pics cos all repaired d...no intention to change it either, cos fully paid d...

Problem(s):

1) Car handle broken in to pieces when try to open door, material so lousy, macam cheap plastic

2) Glove compartment, always fall down by itself, try driving without d radio on, and suddenly, d glove compartment just falls open by itself, d hole which supports d lock really soft, occasionally will slip off

3) ABS and handbrake light always lit up...means my ABS cut off d, checked with foreman, d board controlling it rosak d, to change it, RM2k...no tq...now driving without ABS

4) CD player as usual...apa CD oso cant play...vomit blood, but luckily changer still working

5) Fuel pump, a norm in Waja as well, foreman always advise, pump full petrol, dun let d light come up, if it comes up for too long, ur fuel sensor will rosak...

6) At last! Power window...changed all 3 sides, 1st time changed wif d original plastic frame...less den 1 year crack! Foreman advised not to wind down fully, wats d point in having a window dat cant b winded down fully? Bikin panas....from dat day on, changed all to metal frames, no problems at all....

7) Back absorbers...since new, when reversing, got "tong" "tong" sound....my fren's waja oso same...foreman says that the chassis and suspension knocking each other, sometimes got that irritating sound...

All these so called problems or wear and tear or whatever happened in less den 3 years...and it's a weekend car...wtf...

This is not a bashing. M just sharing my experience. Proton shud come out wif a program:
PAY BACK FOR ALL OUR REPAIRS rather den lifetime warranty

gen2 fuel pump spoil again not even reach 100k km. Unable to read fuel level correctly. Useless Proton.

alarm unit kong ledi. change new alarm.

Thats mean ur battery is kong already... u need to change to a new battery... How long ur battery? usually all battery the lifetime is about 2yrs only... if less then 1 yr, u can claim for warranty from the battery manufacturer...

I'm driving a 2010 Saga BLM. Here are my problems:

a) window wiper easily get rust
b) both passenger and driver door got squeaking sound especially the driver side whr every time I roll down the window and roll up back, the sound will come out.
c) engine got like sound when try to pick-up like those old Proton car belt sound

For the engine sound, I enquired with the SC and they give me the 'best' answer, its because I use RON95.

So anyone here facing these kind of problems and how to rectify it?

try go the the EON service center.... i think ur engine sound is cause by intake manifold problem.... If ur car still under warranty, they will claim for the warranty....

is it a serious problem? somemore my fuel consumption is RM56 - 320km, is it consider acceptable since saga is 'famous' for its high FC?

And I plan to put air cond air filter, any brand recommendation and can I do it at SC?

My last car BMW E46 318i 2003 got similar problem.

I'm newly having same problem with you. Earlier my fog lamps cannot on. Change fuse, later alarm keep beeping. Take off fog lamp fuse at ECUs. Went OK without fog lamp until just few days my alarm keep beeping again. Please help. Is it my ECU problem?.. My car still can start normally and having no problem with gear shifting. Waja Campro 1.6 year 2008. Headache cause my wife keep babling all day.

Try check your rear bonnet lock. Because we had done several cases on that and most of it is because of the rear bonnet lock.
