...everytime when i make u turn ( clockwise) den when i turn back my steering ...they be like a super loud sound of like a bear got raped at my front left tayar...everytime i turn sure will have this sound....

Want to ask about my car,a 5 yr old proton iswara aeroback. I have a problem with the cooling engine.The temperature always go up when driving if I turn on the aircond. During my last service,I told the service guy to check. They said the engine cooling part needs to be replaced and it costs RM500. Is this the real price? I don't want to kena tipu. Can anyone comment? Thanx

hmm maybe aircond cooling fan? water pump? thermostat that controls the fan is broken maybe oso...

guys, help me identify the problem. kinda same with laily prob i guess

recently my waja temperature has been go up too high than normal, i stopped the car and let it cool, check the water level and its near too zero. well its been a while since i check the water lvl i guess. starting from that day every 1 or 2 days i'll check the water lvl again and it always drop till 500ml (small mineral water bottle)

is it leaking? cause i dun remember the water lvl could drop so much in 1 or 2 days. and another thing due to this event after i stopped my car i'll be hearing hissing noise from the engine (very similar to water boiling sounds) under the hood

what could be the problem? should i buy a coolan instead?

try check ur water pump..thermostat thing...radiator..aircond fan working not (if u notice temp rising while using aircond)...other than that, ur engine oil kering or not...

just suggestion..im oso newbie heheh

I assume you say Japan's cars good? My dad just used RM8k repaired 1.8 FD2. It depends how you maintain the car. Proton sold many units. If the owner gets problem, sure will "notify worldwide", people who can afford Honda accord or civic, usually won't go online so often as they are busy running business(My point of view). So if got problem, they won't post on website "oh my car is suffering....".. If you get it. Sorry for my broken english

*every car is almost the same. But still maybe Proton is lower grade a bit. "What you pay is what you get". Example Civic is RM13xk, Gen2 is RM5xk.. Is huge different

I am a owner of Gen 2 year 2005/6 MT , Now my clockspring spoiled liao can claim free at Proton?
Last time i went to service centre during recall time they said is only for AT H-line....But i thought the clockspring problem applied to both AT and MT H-line???

bt it shown 2 years or 50000km mlege..

does not cause so much trouble to me...small things only which can be considered wear and tear..

but in early days...the FC is quite high..but get used to it already..hahaha
