I'm newly having same problem with you. Earlier my fog lamps cannot on. Change fuse, later alarm keep beeping. Take off fog lamp fuse at ECUs. Went OK without fog lamp until just few days my alarm keep beeping again. Please help. Is it my ECU problem?.. My car still can start normally and having no problem with gear shifting.
