http://coverage.digi.com.my:8080/coveragenetworkchecker/ Vs when I check for Network status with DIGI Chat CS online. When I check with DIGI Network Checker: Status is Green , No Issue When I check with DIGI customer service agent: They reported my area is undergoing upgrading of network. And they give me the date of completion of repair works. So is DIGI Customer service more accurate? |
