my phone support ... iphone and some android, reason why i need this is my house and office area close to zero bar signal, basically i need to place my phone in one place and connect with bt for phone call ...

Is it auto renewable after 30 days?
Any penalty if cancel the plan?

Hi all, I want to ask what’s the difference with prepaid live and prepaid monthly 28 plan? No info of prepaid monthly 28 on digi website?

I using prepaid bigbonus 28, Wifi Calling is working
but if data is still ON, sometimes it will disconnect call in the middle of conversation, seems like it may randomly switch between wifi calling and cellular
so end up I put airplane mode + wifi only when I at place with only wifi, no more call disconnection

Yes it's unlimited calls to all network, except special numbers as usual.
And yes, it is auto renewable and your data can be rollover to following months as long the first attempt on renewal process every month is successful.

Special numbers that starts with 1300, 121, video calls all those...
If you usually don't call those special numbers, then just assume it as unlimited calls to all networks.

Thanks for the reply. But if it is unlimited internet what is there to roll-over cos next month is still unlimited, No?
By the way, at 3mbps it should be good enough for video streaming on the mobile.
Normally how long will the offer last?
Is this the best "unlimited internet + calls",plan from Digi?

I also encounter the same case as you. I notice it is because the phone is trying to jump to 3G when the 4G turns weaker, even its on wifi calling.

I suspect it’s due to Digi’s configuration. I did not encounter such thing in some overseas telco on wifi calling, even when the 4G drops to 3G on the same phone.

Owh.. That rollover that I referred to, is for the biGBonus plans that has the usual GB quota limit ones, not applicable for unlimited 3Mbps plan that you're referring to.. Sorry for the confusion..

Normally, once you're on that plan, it shall last forever until you cancel the plan by any means (including change to other plans) or terminate your phone line.

When I check with DIGI Network Checker: Status is Green , No Issue
When I check with DIGI customer service agent: They reported my area is undergoing upgrading of network.

And they give me the date of completion of repair works.

So is DIGI Customer service more accurate?

DO NOT trust Digi CS for such maintenance/upgrading work is in progress. Those excuses are used to make you stop complaining.

Not necessary. It could be real one also.

If the network issue still persists after the period of their maintenance and upgrading work ends, just complain to Digi again. No big deal...

If still not solved, file a complaint to MCMC.

After that, Digi CS will use excuses like "Digi proposed to install a new tower at your area…, kindly be patience and wait (perhaps for a lifetime) for the authorities approval." And, I believe many people are getting such "wan dei fu" promise.

As of today, a 4G+ signal yields. Furthermore, the 4G signal would last more than 1 minute, and will change to H/H+.

MCMC nowadays is not very aggressive/effective. They would simply divert complaint back to the telco itself.

BTW, I'm sharing my experience, and have no intention to make noise.

inevitable. none of the malaysian telco has 100% coverage at the moment. and what is the prerequisite by mcmc to provide service in malaysia also we don't know.
