Cant wait to 31 of august for me port out from digi after 9 years. Every month pay rm200plus and reception getting worst since a year ago in bukit jalil area... complaint and say no issue found.. however been tested with 3 devices and other sim cards.. conclusion is user issue then , fedup to complaint😂

which telco u plan to move to??

better test first.. later be disappointed again..

hint: so it's not about the $$ but quality services given. cheap but cannot use is wasted...

Felt like maybe it wasn't a wise choice for me to subscribe to BigBonus 35 during this Rmco time.
At the same time I daily subscribe to Free Productive 1Gb

Now it seems Even 1pm-7pm it will still utilise the Free Productive first quota and not the Bigbonus 2gb.

cause at first I thought 1pm onwards it will auto use the Bigbonus quota but nope.
Then it would be like 8am - 1pm I use part of the free 1gb
Then 1-7pm use 2gb Big quota
then 7pm till 12am - Use back the free 1gb

Sigh. Maybe I should had stick to Internet Cili Padi.

that's why nowadays I don't subscribe @ redeem the 1GB free data anymore sweat.gif
now much easier unlike last time.. once u redeem. must call CS to cancel it bruce.gif

Why wait until 31 August? You can MNP today what.
Yes it user issue. Service getting bad still staying for years

Do you complain in app then after 30mins they reply you said no problem at your area and close your case?😂

I fedup and port 2 of my main line out and straight away they call me to give them a chance to try to adjust their line😂

Confirmed my 2nd line not extended by Productivity data.

I will slowly wind this line down until the credit is low enough and then port out, since it's pretty useless sitting with Digi. Where to port I don't know yet.

Same. *338*1*1# now only gives option to do RM1 topup for 1 day validity. Free 1GB productivity gone for good?

Can still apply if you're willing to deduct RM1 to extend the validity by one day.

Most of us are not willing to do that on a daily basis until end of this year.
