Does digi still send sms informing us we have a missed call if the caller tried to call us but can't get through?

yes, if you have voicemail enabled. blink.gif

but voicemail is a bad idea....

I never retrieve the voicemail, most of the time the caller will whatsapp me if i didn't pick up the call 😀

Are you able to permanently disable your voicemail? I have to contact CS to cancel it (3times) but after a month or 2 it is back on. vmad.gif

yes, it was on ussd. on digi, missed call is tied to voicemail. if you don't want voicemail, then bye bye to missed call.

Yes it is old school I can’t seem to get rid of it. I keep getting voicemails when I don’t want it. I don’t check it anyway. CS is hopeless and I can’t cancel from USSD too.

Have you tried mydigi feedback? List down all your history with the cs, they should be addressing your concern, they got response mine but only after few days to 1 week. If worse come to worse mnp out. No love loss with lousy cs😀

I have done before but my voicemail still revert to the original settings. Oh one time after my complaints my USSD no longer has voicemail cancellation.

switch to the new CelcomDigi app and paid my bill at Poslaju Kiosk. when i was using Digi app the payment reflects immediately but now taking time to reflect.

The new CD apps is slower in updating whatever...

Payment or top ups...

Probably stills not stabilized yet... Give the apps to adjust...

just sharing findings that caused the above:
apparently, CelcomDigi generated 2 OTPs for every 1 of request, and sent the first generated only. omg - what kinda system devs or biz project owner(s) are these.. at least they "fixed" it. i guess my combo of 2xambassador SIMs in 1 account caused it - a combo category devs / project owner didnt know existed. Assume lar rather than didnt check codes and impact when they updated something XD
