Originally it should be like this with BiGBonus 28 Plan.

2GB (Big) + 2GB (All usage) = 4GB Monthly with additional
2GB (loyalty) + 1GB Daily (1pm-7pm) + 2.5GB (video music/week)

The 5GB(extra +3GB) is due to carried forward unused quota.

Only the additional 4GB (loyalty) is a surprised but it has its own restrictions. This quota must be used up first before your 1GB Daily (1pm-7pm) will be utilized.

Like me very light user, my 1GB Daily (1pm-7pm) 30GB monthly usage is all burnt because this loyalty quota until now hasn't even been used up.

Another one due for renewal on 28th is Monthly28 (2+2+2)

So, topup RM10 and RM30 via myDigi then purchase NEXT35 and kept the balances until next month Reload another RM30 for NEXT35 later?
