For me it depends whether peak hours or not, best speedtest average 70mbps. Otherwise it’s between 30-50 mbps.

Basic internet 500mb for me.

My Next phone still has. DIGI took it away for quite some time and return to me last month.

O UM still have this problem. This is an old problem when UMobile terminated the 4G coverage contract with Maxis I was one of the many people who lost coverage at their place. Had to MNP, now with Digi and the merger with Celcom coverage got bad and slow. Still haven’t decided who to MNP to.

I’m also on Live prepaid RM28 plan. I just renewed yesterday and I received my 6GB loyalty bonus today. I just wanted to test whether Digi has stopped my loyalty bonus.

I haven’t been using this loyalty bonus for the last 3/4 renewal because I have too much carryover unused data 100+GB. For me the unlimited phone call is more important than data.

I’m thinking of “upgrading” to the new yellow plan less RM3/30days not so much of the 5G network.

I have the same old Prepaid Live plan as yours and going to change to Kuning 25, can I just dial *118# to change my plan on my next renewal. Thanks

Had some trouble trying to upgrade my Digi Live to New CelcomDigi 5G Kuning last night. Tried using *118# couldn’t find the Change Account and decided to terminate my old Live auto renewal plan using *116# before I try again. This number *116# totally not working.

As it was close to midnight, had to get CS for help to stop my auto renewal. After speaking to CS, maybe she resets the system when I dialled *118# I could find the Change Account in My Account menu.

My place seems like no 5G coverage. But I have checked coverage that it is available.

I received a SMS from Digi, to unlock more rewards I have to top via BOS? Strange. Or will it unlock more rewards in BOS after I reloaded? Maybe that is why BOS is so stingy lately. My English is not good don’t understand Digi SMS.

From my app I don’t see any bonuses for reloading. A few days ago I received a SMS asking me to reload by a certain date to receive bonuses. It did occur to me is Digi discontinuing the 10% reload bonus.

Seriously I need to checkout Hotlink plans because my wife tells me she receives extra credits for each reload promo. The credit has no validity restrictions unlike Digi. I am considering whether I should port back to Hotlink.

Digi wants to make back the money with the cheaper 5G Kuning.

I had the same issue a few days ago. That number can’t be used, there’s a bug. I used the Digi app to get the CS service to do it.

Edited: I also tried *100# it also doesn’t work. No SMS received too.

5.5 sales Digi SLL at RM54.00 is on now for your information. One of my other line I switched to SLLRm54 because I don’t have the SLL RM38.

You can check from your Digi app Buy Add-ons/One-Time Pass to see whether it’s available. The T&C seems to have change on this sale, last month was available for Digi Next and Raja Combo. Now it’s available for 5G Kunning too in my app.

Unfortunately not available. I was using Live and I switched to Digi 5G Kuning 25 last month. I still get my 2.5 GB/week but I don’t get to use it as I don’t use much data I needed the unlimited phone calls.

Horribly bad. BOS no improvements or different from Live prepaid. I don’t know whether the extra hotspot data is permanent or not the unused data is carried forward when it was renewed 2 days ago.

Previously on my next prepaid line. I subscribed to the unlimited calls at RM8/30 days I will get SLL38. Since the merger with C I don’t get the SLL38. Decided not to wait and subscribe to SLL54.
