Digi gave me free 2GB today “for these difficult times” valid for 2 days. Not complaining but sometimes it is pointless when Digi deducts from my 6GB loyalty freebies. I can’t figure out their logic!

Digi was down at my place for over 36 hours due the flooding near my taman.

Mine cannot. If 22 November expiration, last day is 21st November. Always been like that for me.

Are u referring to the 3GB/unlimited social @ RM15. It’s in my monthly add-ons not in my BOS.

For me out of the blue I received it 1 day after I renewed my Next plan. 2days later I received a notification in my Digi app with reference to the free 5GB/5days.

Same here I have too many quota in my Live prepaid and I’ll see what Digi will do when auto renew in about a week.

My Next prepaid is the one that received the 5GB/5days but Next data is very simple and clear cut. So it easy to understand the data usage. In my Next I also received the free 2GB during the floods but couldn’t finish because the line was so bad at my place during the floods. Misunderstanding on my part at that time I thought Digi restricted me from hotspot. I wrote to Digi telling them when they give free data don’t bar me from hotspot. They replied that the free 2GB T&C doesn’t restrict me from hotspot. So I’m good with that.

I’ll update you when I renew my Live subscription

Have you confirmed this with Digi CS? In their website Digi listed it as extra 3GB for hotspot.

I only get this in my Next. Which is good, my plan 40/30 days is barely sufficient so the extra 5GB is good for me. I understand it is short term. So I’ll take one day at a time. My Live 30days plan doesn’t get it.

I’m waiting for Unifi. As soon as I get it I’ll get the 365 for backup. Unifi not very reliable according to the forum here.

I like Live for the free video/music as I listen to Spotify a lot.
I like Next for it’s simplicity all the data in one place to use for hotpot.
I have both lines.

No Live in my phone. Next is in my router.

No cap. Mine is legacy plan 40GB/30 days Rm35. In Next they encourage you to add booster hotspot too. Latest is 20GB/RM15 follow your monthly expiration. The promo 5GB/5days free for monthly renewal also can hotspot. I got for 2 months already.

No, unlimited always no hotspot.

Just came to me. Have you been using that old super long life? If you have it should be available for you but you must have enough credit in your phone otherwise it won’t show it. I’m sure you aware of that right?

FYI just realized some of the Next 30 days add-on are auto renewal.

No idea, I don’t have it in my add-on.

The agent has given u wrong information. I’m using Next 35 no speed throttle and 30GB can hotspot.

Why do you say the new Next’s 35GB can’t be hotspot? There’s no change, is it because the 3GB hotspot included in it? If you check the website it’s clearly stated extra 3GB for hotspot?
