Monthly instead of RM30?

Also, how to remove the red hot at the phone app? It indicates Voicemail but after clicking it is still there and charge me 30 cents. i already deactivated voicemail on digi but red dot still there.

Kindly be informed that you may remove red dot from voicemail, in settings (1) turn on cellular data. (2) In settings scroll down to "general," Under "general" scroll down to bottom of drop down and click "reset." Under "reset" click "reset network settings." Your system will reset showing the apple logo. After system recycles, turn cellular data off ( if you don't won't to use cellular data. Reconnect your wi-fi. Red dot should be removed from phone icon

Solution from CS on the red dot voicemail, tried but doesn’t work. Let me know if it works for you. Maybe i did a step wrong

Hi, how did you get Digi to reset your voicemail? I have the same red badge/dot problem. called them multiple times, and ask them to deactivate the voicemail. didnt work. i replace a new sim card. didnt work. i did all the other suggestions in other threads, didnt work. I saw one suggestion was to ask digi to reset the voicemail, which i did ask via a phone call. but they have not replied, but i have an open case.

Everytime i turn on my phone, there will be a notification popup saying new voicemail. I hope they can reset the voicemail and this thing will go away.
