It is so damn irritating. Feels like they are throttling. Same happens when I try and download an app from App Store. This also manages to slow or stop the internet.  Never happened before.

So sick of Digi right now wtf

I don’t use private relay or limit ip address tracking of any vpn

I don’t have problems with my iPhone. What other trouble shooting have you taken recently with your iPhone? Eg resetting your network?

I’m still using the old or legacy Next 40GB/30 days RM35. It is in my router no problem to hotspot but no loyalty bonus. I’m ok with it.

Yes generally iPhone too expensive. My bro in SG used to get iPhone around SG$100 nowadays have pay much more $200-300.

From my observation, Digi sent a SMS notification re auto renewal. In the text it also give me the option to cancel the auto renewal. You can cancel your renewal. Renew your subscription after you top up later. I hope my answer helps.

During the 5.5 sales Digi has removed the 365/RM 30 from the BOS. It will come back. You have to wait a few more days. I bought mine after the 4.4 sales.

I noticed your plan Next 35 is auto renewal, so you don’t need the 365/RM30 unless you are planning to change to a non auto renewal plan. Are you?

2 days after top up, that’s the T&C. But I had to call CS (early this month) when they didn’t give it me. To compensate me they gave 10GB for 5 days. How to finish it in 5days?

Haha yes they are buying time now to give you your free data. When it first started the T&C just stated 2days. Not business days. I think too many complaints.

The Next RM10, is this the unlimited social + 2GB / 30 days? I only recently received it after I subscribed to the 365/RM30 in my BOS.

You shouldn’t be returning the missed calls. When you do, you are confirming your phone number is legit. Opening yourself to scammers.

Recently Digi offered me in my Live BOS 365/RM30. They removed it now because of the 8.8 sales. From my experience Digi will offer again 10 days later after the sales.
