Hello ! Any iPhone users here experiencing ongoing issues with Digi??

This whole week I’ve been having issues. Started after changing plans to the new rm200 unlimited plan.

When im connected to 4G, nothing feels like 4G. Everything is slow or doesn’t work.

Takes like 15 minutes for everything to come back to normal, and then it stops working again after a few minutes

I am able to Google stuff, but can’t access any websites from the Google search results

WhatsApp shows connecting, and after it connects only text messages go through, media takes years to send

Speedtest just fails to start or find isp

Apple Music gives constant errors, can’t find url or request timeout

YouTube works though lmao, and notifications do come in for WhatsApp and instagram but that’s about it
Need to constantly put in airplane mode and off to get back proper internet

It is so damn irritating. Feels like they are throttling. Same happens when I try and download an app from App Store. This also manages to slow or stop the internet.  Never happened before.

So sick of Digi right now wtf

I don’t use private relay or limit ip address tracking of any vpn

Sure can hotspot for "One-Time" monthly plan....? Or u edy subscribed to auto-renewal?

Long-long-long-long-long time ago, me signed-up with DiGi POST-paid (lowest plan rate) for 12 months contract that came with 100% FREE Tim Team Apple iP4. Nowadays, those subsidised phone contract is not attractive anymore....

iPhone has gotten too pricy with our Ringgit weeken. Compare the iPhone 4S/5S back then with iPhone 13 now.

I would like to ask how do I cancel the auto renewal for Digi next 35. I don't have enough money now and if I topup few days later, will it auto renew from the old expiry date or from new topup date? Thanks

Couldn't find any seller selling it for RM30 
I recently got Digi Prepaid NEXT, have never seen the 365 days validity in Box of Surprise either..

Upon checking in my BOS, this offer stay active for 365 days at RM30 appear.
Since I am new to this DiGI, what is this stay active for 365 days all about? I am on Next 35 and just MNP from Celcom this very recently.

Can finish easily... if our office block those streaming services access, just hotspot the 10GB to all colleagues with access fee of RM2 per day... sure laku oneeee.....

Anyone else getting random calls from foreign numbers that only last a few seconds ?

This is not the first time it has happened and I’m wondering if it’s a digi problem or some scam.

When I call back it says number not in service lmao

The guy just said hello and then the line got cut

Last week I got a call from my UK insurance provider and it also got cut after 10 seconds.

500mb is very selow speed basic data, 64kbps or less
So starting August got monthly rm10 with slightly more quota? Sign me in when it available
Its is weird, for my number mydigi only show one which is rm30 version
It briefly appears too on my Live prepaid number like 2 days ago. It just dissappear just now. Guess it is an error from digi side since this doesn't apply for Live plan

Prepaid Live still continue? Digi forced converted few of my Live prepaid to NEXT and told me no more Digi prepaid Live

Hi, anyone encountered an issue like many people called that they got your missed call? In fact, I did not call them. I spoke to Digi live chat by providing those unknown hp no. According to the Digi system, Digi agent said he didn't see these numbers in my call log. Then he just advised me to block those numbers.
Today I read about this news , this lady got 200 returning calls within 2 days that all said received missed calls from this lady.

I didn't receive 200 calls like her, but they were less than 10 calls already. 2 days ago, got 2 calls, today got 3 calls. They just hanged up the call after I said I didn't make the call.
Besides, I already contacted Digi via email again to seek for assistance...
