Do you have some sort of connectivity problem but solved immediately after unplug sim and reinsert sim?
Restart phone, happen again, unplug sim, reinsert sim, ok again, restart phone, repeat...

did you redeem the 6gb from *888# or was it activated automatically?

If Digi never send the message to redeem through *888#, then it will be activated immediately

is it auto renew ?

digi next prepaid if no data plan active the data is pay per use? or it comes with free basic internet so no extra charge will be incurred if u did not disable mobile data?

or it just simply has no data to use and no charge if no active data plan?

There is a QR code on the paper. Is it that I can use it to activate as esim?

Good that it has free basic internet this is super helpful to avoid accidental incurred charge due to pay per use data.

Not bad. Now there are more than one option to add esim so next time I can have bolehland line no on esim such as digi or yoodo or tune talk or one xox without carrying without iPhones.

Dear all esteemed Digi user,

I just purchased a new number under the package "Digi Prepaid NEXT", which charges RM35/month. So my question is:

1) Is there a way to reload your prepaid credit for precisely RM35? From I can see from Grab (the platform I always use to reload), it's only RM30 or RM50 without any amount in between.

2) If that's really the case, what is the best way to efficiently utilize a plan with RM35/month subscription fees? Is the extra RM15 of outstanding an unavoidable waste every month?

To give you an idea of my experience with Digi, all along my phone's plan (with my old number) is DiGi Easy Prepaid v3 with the subscription of biGBonus28. I love this subscription so much but there's no way to purchase it anymore. The trick is to reload RM30 every time and let is auto-deduct RM28 from my credits so that I have unlimited local calls (which is the only thing I need).

Hi all, I want to ask about digi esim. Do I need to present at digi store every time to get my esim activated again if my phone is broken or I change a new phone? Is there any other option where I can activate myself such as scanning QR code sent to my email by digi themselves? Thanks
