I just did this last month, the plan won't appear in your app even after 24 hours (took maybe 3 days for me). I had to use the number so I just bought the RM29 plan for a month. By the time the month is up you will see the NX25 plan appear.But today when I downloaded MyDigi app, I'm unable to see the 5G NX25 plan in the app..

Warning, the RM29 plan will autorenew immediately as soon as you have enough credit for it (and when it expires). I got 'caught' with this and burned RM29 (complained to digi and then MCMC and got it refunded). The correct way is for you to cancel the RM29 plan right before it expires, then only reload and buy the NX25 plan.
