Bank will not want to take responsibility. Been there done that with Air Selangor (via JomPay and Maybank).
Paid the wrong amount to Air Selangor. Asked Maybank to stop the payment, they say cannot do anything, need to refer to Air Selangor. Long story short - Got my money back 2 months later.

One time also I accidentally subscribe to Unlimited calls via BOS. Called up DIGI and reported issue, they refunded my RM 5 within less than a week, and i get to keep the Unlimited calls for 30 days.

Shit happens sometimes. All you need to do is patiently follow up with DIGI.

can, if bank deducted but money didn't go through to merchant.

is digi payments fail to handle token from ipay API.
honest first transfer with this type of experience.
today try phone call, it show full bar but voice quality worst than 1 bar from celcom, now i regret.

maybe so, that's y need to investigate. also we always advice, buy a simcard and try it out first before committing. signal strength not the only criteria.

Been loving cili padi rm15 plan. Just need to reload rm15 monthly for 6gb highspeed and unlimited youtube and social, plus the plan extend validity for 30days in case i need to make outgoing calls. Gonna use epenjana rm50 to reload my digi sim and basically got free 6gb monthly for 3 months biggrin.gif

screen crack maybe covered under different coverage (RM29 for one time - screen damage)..
maybe RM29/month to cover screen broken due to water came inside phone and make the screen appeared horizontal black line etc..all must be under accidentally happened..i think better u cancel the subscription b'coz not worth at all..u can asked for phone warrranty if it is broken within 1 year and then, just repair urself if broken..much more cheaper..

but as huawei mate 30 pro is curve screen so i worried to replace the screen if it is crack would be expensive hence thats why i continue so subscribe to digi shield. but if digi shield did not cover that then i won't continue the subscription.

call CS for confirmation on Digi Shield coverage..
I believe without Digi Shield, the phone itself should be covered for free 1 year warranty..u already lost RM348 if screen only a problem but if the phone lost, then RM29/month should be worth to buy..

I think he should mentioning "Extra Internet"
Stay longer in Digi can get more Internet, up to 6GB

Nope. I can't even be loyal because i just ported in to digi next and its the first month subscription lol. Its marked as promo deal in digi app, regular price 28. 4gb is the main quota, plus theres a separate 2gb marked as "all usage internet promo". The 2gb are used first before the 4gb.
