Guys, I am able to topup my Grabpay with the Grabcard. But just now I can't even use the paywave. what's going on ah? Need to activate somewhere? I don't remember needing such steps.

I received my grab points from the Grab CC. But shouldn't my reward tier upgraded already? I'm still at Silver. I thought even for existing customers they will upgrade the tiers?

Does anyone know if the credit card hotline is 24 hours still as printed on the card or they changed the timing? Cause I have been calling them in the evening and they are forever busy.
