I see Digi is hard-selling the validity thing on this Digi NEXT Prepaid, the thing about your account active service is supposed to expire tomorrow but you subscribe to a 30-day data pass, be it BIgBONUS or Cili Padi and your account active service shall be extended by 30 days too upon pass activation. This is the same for Digi LiVE and Digi Smart, isnβt it ?

Me is getting more confused about Digi offerings... Please simplify the plans... Too complicated ... Will consider if plans are easy to "maintain" in 30 days calendar...

Actually Digi is pushing too far already...
Seems like want to cover every segments of the market... Some says their team is from previously Celcom... Thus so many complicated plans offered... |

The only selling point that me can understand is: Topup RM15, subscribe the Unlimited Social (DUS15) to get 30-day validity with 3GB "High-speed" Internet and 64kbps Basic Internet. Most probably targeting students who really have tight monthly budget. That 3GB "High-speed" internet is for WhatsApp call for 30-day validity to "replace" unlimited call plan. Can still streaming YouTube @ 144P to reserve that 3GB "High-speed" quota. Once 3GB quota depleted, 64kbps kicks in... Things will be more painful when hotspot & mobile gaming using that 3GB quota... So, fixed nett commitment every month is RM15.00 instead of RM30 or RM35 for other Unlimited Passes from other telcos. To me---owww, RM15 vs RM30/35 is not much different compared to the "unlimited" access to internet and all-net calls. With RM30/35, no need to do micro-management of data quota/usage. Use as much as we need for all apps is so much str8-forward and hassle-free.... As for the other RM28/month offerings (DUY28 & DUC28), they are D.O.A case... Why bother RM28/month when other telcos offers RM30/35 with so much str8-forward offerings... This post has been edited by azhar75: Jun 23 2020, 01:07 AM ZacYys liked this post

QUOTE(destiny017 @ Jun 22 2020, 11:16 PM) Actually, the add on plans, there is no changes for Cili Padi and BigBonus, they are still maintain the same package and value, just that the sim pack model has changed.Digi Live prepaid correct me if I am wrong, Digi Live is to provide value entertainment where user pay low price for more data Gb, while Digi Next prepaid is to provide user to maintain their line stay active without top up RM 30 stay active for 30 days and no cap high speed internet. With minimum RM15 plan, you can stay active for 30 days + 3GB high speed data + unlimited social media. Nowadays those using prepaid really using less phone call + SMS. All communicate via whatsapp and wechat. This Digi Next do not cap the high speed data on internet and unlimited data plan that I think it is far better than those cap at 3Mb speed. Since mostly high usage data consumption apps are offered unlimited ( FB, Youtube, social media), I think Digi is really wise to come out this Digi Next new sim pack. Most people are greedy when heard unlimited internet data and call at lower price of RM35 ( cap speed ) because that is something new to prepaid user and become viral everyone also want to get it but do they really understand their monthly usage? How much data they used in their mobile and how long they call in a month? I just realized that my highest data consumption (mobile and wifi) is FB, followed by whatsapp, wechat and youtube. For phone call usage is very less to use except use company phone more frequent call customers. Maybe you all can check your data usage info in your phone to see which apps that consume lots of data usage. For me I think this Digi add on plans are more suitable for me and far cheaper compared to postpaid plan i use. eliastjw liked this post

Digi white flag? RM15 for 3GB.
Or double the money and get 50GB (3mbps) on the most quality network, then 512kbps unlimited plus free unlimited calls. To even compare these 2 plans seems really wrong. π€ Edit: Forgot about that 3mbps cap after reading that Thais 4G plan, sorry. This post has been edited by ahemdolah: Jun 23 2020, 07:19 AM |

I feel Gold_Moderator isnt interested to discuss about it.
First few post is like he is trying to focus on selling instead of discussing about it. Youtube video also simply post Internal video. I dont see anything special about this Digi Next. This is not an improvement. But rather it removes both the Free Video and/or Free Midnight daily, in replacement of Monthly reward. And what I notice is that their Internet Cili Padi has boosters. Thats funny. Why the current Internet Cili Padi dont have boosters. I rather stick to my Best prepaid. |

They became so confusing until the customers were cheated left and right by clauses they didn't even know which quietly been added with each new plans introduced. I am already considering to port out of DiGi now. The difference I pay every month for their BiGBonus and competing Unlimited data plans is just a mere RM5. Every month I top-up a min of RM30 to allow them to auto renew the BiGBonus plan on time so it's not really RM28. Top-up reloads are non refundable. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jun 23 2020, 10:02 AM) More like the staffs who are coming out with silly plans for DiGi now are SPIES sent to the company to purposely destroy the company just like Malaysian political scene. 32kbps is just as good as no internet. You can't even send Whatsapp messaging with that because upon launching the app, authentication and server connection will take a very long time to go through causing the app to hang. Instead of coming out with a better plan than previous BiGBonus, the RM28 monthly plan now has the daily 1GB (1pm-7pm) quota removed replaced with a 2GB data bonus on-time renewal quota? That's a loss of some 28GB of free data because 30x1GB=30GB. |

QUOTE(SleeplessEyes @ Jun 23 2020, 11:48 AM) I feel Gold_Moderator isnt interested to discuss about it. sim pack prepaid war with hotlink, umobile and xpax. there is another digi prepaid sim pack starter pack with big quota. I rather stick to my Best prepaid. it target is for new user. instead of selling digi live starter pack then subscribe big bonus rm15 shop just sell digi next prepaid with 30 days validity. |

The hugely promoted RM15 Cili Padi pass with a validity of 30 days is available on Digi LiVE Prepaid too. |

Won't the other older prepaid plan users be pissed again or they're going to be compensated with something else such as loyalty quotas?? What is the whole point of introducing a new prepaid plan then? Indirectly forcing people with older plans to switch to the new and accept the even more ridiculous 32kbps data depletion clause which is basically "no internet"? |

Instead of introducing a totally new revamped plan, why can't they just throw in a offer which gives everyone free 2GB as thank you offer for on time top-ups. It's not cheap to reprint new SIM packs and marketing a new plan which isn't much different than the old you know. Also I'm just a new Prepaid Live user which just transferred from Postpaid 2 months ago. I'm getting silly BOS offers which pushes "daily unlimited calls" when I'm already subscribed to BiGBonus 28. Isn't that stupid? Why would I even buy something for nothing? This post has been edited by Candy12: Jun 23 2020, 01:51 PM |

Digi Prepaid NEXT is a poorly thought out plan whose benefits can mostly be enjoyed by Live and Best 2017 users. The only advantage is the 10 sen/min call rate which only really affects heavy callers who don't have unlimited calls. And some IDD freebies. You have to be pretty naive to move any existing Digi plan to this NEXT plan. nexona88 liked this post

DiGi expects their customers to READ their minds and do their own serious homework with their incomplete and rushed out brochures/banners? RM0.10 per min? That's RM6 per hour. QUOTE(Candy12 @ Jun 23 2020, 02:46 PM) There are many plans from other telcos which can do better than make you spend a min RM15 a month to keep your line active while getting some GB. So it's a matter of personal usage pattern. I do have a unifi mobile #bebas for when home internet is down. But on my primary mobile line, I will need internet (though not big quota) to go along with it. Even without NEXT, of all the internet plans available to Live, the RM15.00/ 30 days Cili Padi is best value. There's XOX which gives 2 years validity with options to buy seasonal pass for less, there's Unifi Mobile Prepaid which allows you to buy data on demand with no validity expiry or Tune Talk VIP plan for senior citizens. RM15 a month is not cheap. That's RM180 a year. So since I am gonna spend RM15.00/ 30 days anyway, i find that NEXT is ok. It also has much lower call charges. RM0.30/ 60 second call is crazy on Live. Yes I believe so. And also the up to 2GB free data provided you renew your add-on pass on time (not sure if it includes time-based pass).Based on what we know so far, Digi LiVE is better with the free 10GB Music and Video data every month. I believe you may also get 2GB free data as loyalty bonus too depending on how long youβve been using their prepaid service for that particular number as what people reported here. Currently Digi LiVE Prepaid is still on sale and one can MNP to this plan. It is not known yet if Digi NEXT will eventually replace Digi LiVE, but I hope not because Digi NEXT Prepaid is clearly a subpar plan. |

By the way, the cooling off period for the Digi NEXT Prepaid is 60 days once your credit expired, versus 90 days for Digi Smart and Digi LiVE, 75 days for Digi Best.
From the looks of it, they are ready to phase out Digi LiVE soon as in the main T&C page, you can only find the T&C for Digi NEXT and Digi Abadi. For Digi LiVE, you may have to dig deeper. Feel sorry for new Digi Prepaid subscriber once Digi LiVE is phased out, but for existing Digi Prepaid subscribers, stay on your current plan! |

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Jun 23 2020, 04:02 PM) Yes I believe so. And also the up to 2GB free data provided you renew your add-on pass on time (not sure if it includes time-based pass). I just chatted with Digi CS.Based on what we know so far, Digi LiVE is better with the free 10GB Music and Video data every month. According to CS, there is no need to subscribe to an internet plan under NEXT to be able to make calls and SMS. In fact, it is just like Live - still has basic internet (1GB per month) and same reload validity period depending on amount reloaded. So I can basically reload RM100 for 120 days validity to make calls and SMS WITHOUT any internet plan under NEXT at RM0.10/min and RM0.10/ SMS. As with Live, any "Always Active"-marked internet plan I subscribe under NEXT will also extend the credit validity automatically. So to sum up, the differences would be: - 1) cooling off period after credit validity expires - 60 days for NEXT vs. 90 days for Live. But why worry as you need to reload in any event if the line is your primary number. 2) no free 2.5GB/week youtube etc etc on NEXT - I didn't bother to activate this on Live in any event as it is speed-capped. Even if I have non-speed-capped internet plan to watch on TV instead, will still be bound by the speed-cap until 2.5GB finishes. 480p quality on HDTV is crap. 3) (may be, didn't ask this point) - no Friends n Family. Never bothered anyway. 4) (may be, didn't ask this point) - less choice of internet plans (could be either 30 days only and 1 day/ 1 hour plans left). But as always, proceed with care. Sometimes CS can be wrong. This post has been edited by svchia78: Jun 23 2020, 04:41 PM |

QUOTE(tympg @ Jun 23 2020, 04:25 PM) Every time my biGBonus add-on is renewed, I will be sent an SMS from Digi. Thanks for the info.![]() I believe this is for 30-day biGBonus subscriptions only. QUOTE(svchia78 @ Jun 23 2020, 04:30 PM) According to CS, there is no need to subscribe to an internet plan under NEXT to be able to make calls and SMS. Actually you can make calls and send SMS from any of the Digi old prepaid plans without subscribing to a pass too. Just that normal call from prepaid is quite expensive. It is RM0.30/minute from Digi Smart and Digi LiVE if not mistaken. I seem to remember Digi Best is cheaper and it has Friends and Family feature too.In fact, it is just like Live - still has basic internet (1GB per month) and same reload validity period depending on amount reloaded. So I can basically reload RM100 for 120 days validity to make calls and SMS WITHOUT any internet plan under NEXT at RM0.10/min and RM0.10/ SMS. I last used the 2.5GB data more than a year ago though. |

QUOTE(Candy12 @ Jun 23 2020, 01:35 PM) Ok fine, the Monthly 28 plan promoted in their leaflets is actually referring to the BiGBonus 28 plan. Then how about the extra 2GB on-time top up awarded to only NEXT Prepaid pack users? Won't the other older prepaid plan users be pissed again or they're going to be compensated with something else such as loyalty quotas?? What is the whole point of introducing a new prepaid plan then? Indirectly forcing people with older plans to switch to the new and accept the even more ridiculous 32kbps data depletion clause which is basically "no internet"? QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Jun 23 2020, 01:42 PM) People on Digi Smart and Digi LiVE have something better. You should know too since youβre a Digi Prepaid User yourself. Digi Smart was phased out a long time ago, replaced by Digi LiVE. Digi never forced people on legacy Digi Prepaid Plan to migrate unless one does so willingly. No sane person on Digi Smart or Digi LiVE will migrate to Digi NEXT unless they really want the up to 2GB free quota for renewing their monthly pass on time. At time of writing, Digi is still selling Digi LiVE Prepaid pack both in store as well as online on Digi website. QUOTE(Candy12 @ Jun 23 2020, 01:44 PM) Why change something when it isn't broken but instead improve them even further? I can see so many people confuse. Let me explain what do I understand.Instead of introducing a totally new revamped plan, why can't they just throw in a offer which gives everyone free 2GB as thank you offer for on time top-ups. Summary from video. 1. Lighting Sim Business Model - Allow customer to choose prepaid number ( 100k numbers range) cost RM2/sim (dealer price ?) 2. 30 days high speed internet pack most affordable in the market. 3. All high speed internet plan for 30 days starts from RM15 (3GB + unlimited social media) 3. Enjoy HD content without speed caps. 4. No more reload and subscribe when purchase a new sim pack 5. Low commitment and fast activation time. 6. RM28/30 days plan ( 6GB data+ Unlimited Youtube + Unlimited social media) or ( 4Gb data + Unlimited call) 7. Sim card that always stay active with single validity. (30 days) 8. Affordable internet boosters ( top up RM3 extra internet can last to 30 days) 9. Flat rate for call RM 0.10/min and SMS RM0.10/sms ![]() From info provided from Digi internal video, Digi will not print out new sim pack but provide new empty sim card just like postpaid. New Digi Next registration can choose prepaid number (100k choices) from Digi dealer system with the cost of RM2 each card ( dealer pay?) and no longer need keep the starter pack with fix allocated numbers just like Digi Live (RM8). To subscribe new Digi Next prepaid, user can choose Chili Padi Unlimited ( 3 choices) or BigBonus Unlimited (3 choices) with 30 days validity based info from Digi website. There will be no credit RM5 ready just live Digi Live (RM8). For new Digi Live to subscribe the plan, they need to purchase Digi Live sim pack (RM8) with free RM5 credit and need top up RM10 to get total of RM15 phone balance and subscribe the lowest plan start from RM15 (stay active for 30 days instead 15 days) Digi Next new sim card registration can save RM3 by directly subscribe plan with lowest start from RM15. After 30 days validity, user need to top up and renew the plan again but Digi Next provides free call credit 100 min (1 hour 40 min) call Digi-Digi and free IDD call minutes each week reload your phone with min of RM10. If you choose not to renew the plan, you will be barred from outgoing call but still able to receive incoming call and Digi will terminate line service if there is no reload or plan purchase activity for 60 days. The different Digi Live prepaid and Digi Next prepaid are the renewal bonus and reload bonus ( not sure with the internet boosters). I am not sure with the call rate for Digi Live is it same with Digi Next. So, if current Digi Live prepaid user would like to enjoy the Digi Next prepaid benefits, they have to change to Digi Next. For all Digi subscribers, they will know that Digi will not upgrade better value to their obsolete plan for hoping their customer to stays loyalty with Digi. They prefer subscribers to migrate or change plan for postpaid and prepaid based to their current value plan. If those feel that the obsolete base plan more suitable compared to the new base plan, they can stay with that plan forever and Digi will not force their subscribers to change plan by void the plan from the system. For the Digi Live prepaid, I think all the new unregistered sim packs will be expiring in year 2021 ( forgot which month). I believe after that, it will join the history like Digi Best Prepaid, P2P etc... |

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Jun 23 2020, 04:45 PM) Thanks for the info. The last time I activated it was in July 2019. The speed was terrible and I thought it was my phone/ esim problem/ location. So I took my friend's physical SIM and tried on my phone and was able to watch at 1080p with no buffering at all. Then switched back to my esim (with 2.5GB free youtube/ week activated) at the same location on the same phone, the buffering returned again. Ended up I had to temporarily switch out to postpaid to get rid of it as CS said no way to de-activate once activated Eh is it capped ? Because I donβt remember it being capped last time and I was able to watch YouTube on full HD completely relying on the free data as I did not have an active internet subscription plan. I last used the 2.5GB data more than a year ago though. Ever since then I ported out and ported back into Digi and never bothered to activate it anymore. |

QUOTE(GEN.2 @ Jun 23 2020, 05:50 AM) Actually, the add on plans, there is no changes for Cili Padi and BigBonus, they are still maintain the same package and value, just that the sim pack model has changed. agreed!Digi Live prepaid correct me if I am wrong, Digi Live is to provide value entertainment where user pay low price for more data Gb, while Digi Next prepaid is to provide user to maintain their line stay active without top up RM 30 stay active for 30 days and no cap high speed internet. |

Actually, the biggest selling point of this new plan is validity and data booster. All internet passes for this plan come with Always Active, including daily & weekly passes as opposed to other Digi prepaid plans where only certain passes come with Always Active. One can purchase data pass even when the line is barred (inactive) provided there is enough balance in credit and that would extend the validity again. This is not possible with the other Digi prepaid plans. There is also Monthly Plan Booster that is unique to this plan. Good for non-heavy users to add more data only when needed.
The downside is this plan does not come with free video data or weekend data that the older plans do. |

ya, ppl don't simply change from LiVE to NEXT plan.
must do research more first, and choose most suitable plan some weakness discovered:- 1) can't switch back to LiVE directly 2) no more Box of surprise in menu 3) no free weekly High Speed Internet for Video and Music 4) no free Calls and SMS to 6 Buddyzβ’ 5) grace period will apply for 60 day ONLY, whereas LiVE got 90 days NEXT plan benefits I saw:- 1) 10 sen/call & sms cheaper than LiVE 30 sen/call & 20 sen/sms 2) all Internet purchases support Always Active 3) Monthly Plan Boosters available RM3=1.5GB 4) free 1GB basic internet, double of LiVE plan 5) Talktime Extend available This post has been edited by JohnnyWKY: Jul 14 2020, 12:53 PM |

Today,new discover of Next plan weakness no.6 & 7
add benefits no.5 & 6 too some weakness discovered:- 1) can't switch back to LiVE directly 2) no more Box of surprise in USSD, 3) no free weekly High Speed Internet for Video and Music 4) no free Calls and SMS to 6 Buddyzβ’ 5) grace period will apply for 60 day ONLY, whereas LiVE got 90 days 6) the free 1GB basic internet cannot be used for Facebook and WeChat, confirmed as my Cili padi expired and only got basic internet 7) internet plan doesn't auto renew, my Cili padi RM15 even though mentioned in app "renew in ..." But will end when time end NEXT plan benefits I saw:- 1) 10 sen/call & sms cheaper than LiVE 30 sen/call & 20 sen/sms 2) all Internet purchases support Always Active 3) Monthly Plan Boosters available RM3=1.5GB 4) free 1GB basic internet, double of LiVE plan 5) Extra Internet will be automatically unlocked once youβve stayed the number of months required with Digi, and if youβve purchased any of the 30 Days High-Speed Internet Plan. Example, I buy RM15 Cili padi in 29 June 2020 only get extra free 2GB, in 30 July due to revised extra free internet, I get 6GB data when subscribe RM15 Cili padi https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=97650270 6) wow, look like 30days always active internet will add up validity Example my Next prepaid plan account will expire on 1 Aug 2020 extend to 1 September 2020 with the purchase of RM15 Cili padi on 30 July 2020 This post has been edited by JohnnyWKY: Jul 30 2020, 01:36 PM |

Who is eligible for the extra quota? All Digi Mobile Prepaid customers that meet the tenure criteria and renew their auto-renew Internet plans, which should be of RM28 and higher or Cili Padi XL plans, on time will be eligible for the extra quota. Basically got 7.5GB for free (rm0)
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Anyone know how they calculate how much free GB to give? I'm abit confused actually. The last Internet I paid for was during end September and never refreshed my Internet by end Oct / Nov coz CMCO Anyways, I'm still on digi live but have been pondering if I should switch to digi next. At my current reload rate (100rm every 120 days) but only using Rm45 every 120 days, I can barely finish my credits before I start spending for validity But the 10gb/month is really too sweet to give up This post has been edited by polarzbearz: Dec 1 2020, 11:23 PM |

At my current reload rate (100rm every 120 days) but only using Rm45 every 120 days, I can barely finish my credits before I start spending for validity Since digiβs monthly plans are always active, you could reload rm10 per month and use it to purchase the 1.5gb plan. So over 120 days or 4 months, you need to spend rm40 in total without accumulating too much excess credit. But the 10gb/month is really too sweet to give up Maybe if you do that, you wouldnβt receive the 6gb free data. |

Maybe only NEXT can do that if your line has fallen into passive mode aka grace period, you need to reactivate by either topping up (a small amount is sufficient) or burn rm1 from your credit balance. The rm10 / 1.5gb was from Box of Surprise you cannot buy any plan when your line isn't active. It's a good feature to not worry the concept of "RM1 for 1 day validity".... meaning, no need to subscribe to one-year validity add-ons as well...Other PRE-paid plans, they "trap" us with "RM1 for 1 day validity" which is very annoying (if we do not know when to reload and the amount to reload)... |

QUOTE(polarzbearz @ Feb 22 2021, 09:48 PM) True lo. More than enough. I saw someone in thread here getting rm18 unlimited free calls + 3gb Internet in digibos. If I get that, gonna cancel my 28 bigbonus. I only need free calls due to nature of my work. Data wise, I'm always in a WiFi zone, whether home or office. |

QUOTE(polarzbearz @ Dec 2 2020, 12:18 AM) It's always active but I'm not allowed to buy without a valid credit. Maybe only NEXT can do that The rm10 / 1.5gb was from Box of Surprise QUOTE(kit2 @ Dec 2 2020, 12:30 AM) if your line has fallen into passive mode aka grace period, you need to reactivate by either topping up (a small amount is sufficient) or burn rm1 from your credit balance. Just want to confirm that kit2 was right - I just have to buy RM1 validity -> buy any 'always active plan' (I bought BOS RM10 @ 2GB) and it'll automatically +30 days validity to my plan. you cannot buy any plan when your line isn't active. QUOTE(azhar75 @ Feb 23 2021, 02:08 PM) Errrr... all data will still work within the "Always Active" plan period (ie 30 days from activation...) Meaning just top up rm 10 they will automatically give 30 days vadility or after the 10 days ?Conclusion: "Always Active" means no need to worry when to reload or when the validity will expired... |

Guys, need some advice from you all.
Recently Iβm planning to mnp from Yes to Digi. But I noticed many people are saying that the previous Prepaid LIVE has more value and is a better prepaid plan than the current Prepaid NEXT. I noticed there are still people selling the LIVE SIM card on Shopee. Just wonder, should I get the LIVE sim or just go for the NEXT. My usage mainly on YouTube, Spotify, hotspot to my laptop (surfing internet because home donβt have unifi port) , sometimes light calling (few minute every few days like that). Around 30gb per month usage. Looking forward from you guys, thanks in advance. This post has been edited by michealelsie: Apr 23 2021, 12:22 PM |

Is there any flexibility to change between the Next prepaid plans, for example purchase next 35 sim, then the following month subscribe to next 45?

QUOTE(hyperx @ Nov 16 2021, 08:50 PM) Im looking for cheap unlimited call prepaid. Looking at Digi Next 35 + Super Long Life RM108 = RM143 for 1 year, is this the cheapest plan that is available? I'm not sureIs this offer apply for a new customer as well? But I'm considered a new customer as I just signed up last month However I think your combination of next 35 plus super long life is not gonna work, assuming you still want to have outgoing calls and data for the whole year. Unless u just want a number to receive calls. The next 35 will expire in one month, then the one year validity doesn't give u any data or talk time, it is just to keep your number active in their system. If u want to use it to make outgoing calls, you still have to top up credits. Pls correct me if I'm wrong |

Yesterday I port in to Digi from Yoodo
My area have 2CA with 1800+2600, speed test at my home 80Mbps dl with 30Mbps ul, not bad Key to activate VoLTE & VoWifi on my Mi 11t pro Not only turn on such settings in Android For the first time, you need to find an supported iPhone (for my case is iPhone, may be others phone will do), insert the SIM, turn on VoLTE and VoWifi from there, then will receive SMS says "VoLTE service activated" after that , put back the SIM to android phone, then VoLTE & VoWifi will appear, no need to contact CS to activate. and I just find out, Prepaid NEXT seems not eligible to claim 1GB productivity. and for Today only, 1st Dec reload credit from Pahang Go app using Grab Pay with promo, pay RM70 get RM100 credit. You can only know exact date by calling 0162211800 or check the sms text from digi about "incoming calls until *date*"Rule of thumb for NEXT plan: this plan has 60 days grace period This post has been edited by MyProLife: Dec 2 2021, 06:51 AM |

QUOTE(chinkw1 @ Jan 18 2022, 11:32 AM) OIC. There is no preference. Just pick a BOS plan/add-on that suits you the best. In my case my plan was an add-on but after Digi discontinued it, they put it in my BOS so that I can subscribe/continue with the same plan. Digi servers will make offer to you base from your usage or when they have new plans in their BOS. Sometimes they are also found in your add-on. BOS is like a marketing promo. That day I click Add-On. Add-Ons is different vs. BOS? When do we choose BOS, & When choise Add-On pls? Newbie in Digi prepaid. This post has been edited by HippyTony: Jan 18 2022, 01:54 PM mitodna liked this post

Any other telco which is better than next 35? tq Due to slow speed in the HUP35 (congestion issues most probably...), the accumulated usage is less than 4GB/month.... if hi-speed/reliable speed, the accumulated usage is surely more than 30GB/month....my monthly usage in hotlink merely less than 4GB...so i think better find a plan can hotspot to my children to maximize the given 30GB full speed. Me encourage u to try the DiGi NEXT dummy SIM-card 1st to see the cell tower(s) in ur area are congested or not... |

QUOTE(ahmadelinz @ Jan 20 2022, 05:31 PM) yes i decided to go for this plan. How to reload RM20 exactly every month? i dont see the denomination of RM20 via digi app? No need to worry the reload amount becoz that plan is "Always Active"...![]() Always Active = reload amount is not affecting the validity. As long as the plan is subscribed, the validity is 30 days. Meaning, today reload RM10 x 2, then subscribe to the Belia Plan, the validity is 30 days. |

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Jan 20 2022, 07:11 PM) No need to worry the reload amount becoz that plan is "Always Active"... awesome plan. Serve my purpose for my children for PDR...Thank you all.![]() Always Active = reload amount is not affecting the validity. As long as the plan is subscribed, the validity is 30 days. Meaning, today reload RM10 x 2, then subscribe to the Belia Plan, the validity is 30 days. |

need help on my Digi NEXT line...
last month(top 2nd time today) MNP from Celcom postpaid to Digi NEXT prepaid, my device Pocophone F1 global stock ROM, most on WIFI, Mobile Data use less than 100MB monthly, already googled for help, found, manually added APN as explained(diginet, 3gdgnet, digimms) but still can't solve my issues: a. just now, can't even sent a photo thru whatsapp, only can text (i'm at Johor Bahru, Larkin sentral, Digi signal full) b. waze & google map "keep searching for data/no connections" but still can guide my way to University @Batu pahat(Digi signal full) any fix ? else need switch back to Celcom |

QUOTE(mgtow tlts @ Jun 1 2022, 06:18 AM) any 1 ecounter......when u go in lift no line right...but can it recover by it self after exit the lift? As experienced, "in many cases", Momok Kuning has similar experience as well. And if this happens, just Flight Mode On-Off will resolve this annoyance. bcause u mobile cant in many cases....hence thinking to port over to digi next ni However, other factors also contribute to this pesky hand-shake problems such as the phone's modem, firmware, antenna design, signal booster & amplifier, weather, cell towers configurations, etc. Me suggest U get a dummy SIM card to test. Put this dummy SIM in the SIM2 slot and test both SIM1 and SIM2 hand-shake experience. In old phones (perhaps made before year 2018), the SIM1 slot has better priority in terms of modem performance. For current phones (mostly above mid-tiers level), both SIM1 and SIM2 slots has equal capabilities. |

They expect the extra RM10 is for Booster. So, end up every month RM30 reload...
If Kuching_Elon_Comm, we will promote RM10 / month for 1Mbps unlimited data but Booster is RM20 for 10GB hi-speed and unlimited calls.. total still RM30/month.... #Malaysian_only_look_at_bigΒ²_text This post has been edited by azhar75: Jun 3 2022, 03:59 PM |

Yes correct.but interested to do a try now. besides, is there any FUP such as 50GB like hotlink or xpax? ![]() You can refer to the other DIGI thread from more details So far someone already shared the FUP is set at 999Gb. A few days ago my cousin MNP from onexox and manage to subscribe this Next 40 unlimited Maybe you try via Digi app later once the sim arrived. PS: 10gb hotspot is only if you choose 3 months auto renewal PPS : So far my experience with Digi is good. I didn't click anything at all I was on the rm10/month for 2gb and 500mb 1-7pm plan I just checked but the cheapest prepaid next is rm15 so that means I got forced upgrade to a more expensive plan?? how is this legal? I can't even see how much the new plan that they upgrade me to on the digi app. |

QUOTE(Thebestscammer @ Jun 27 2022, 02:24 PM) randomly got a sms saying that I got upgraded to prepaid next??? Read tnc. All telco will definitely have wording in their tnc that they reserve full rights to change plan or rate. Few months ago, maxis auto changed hotlink 365 to hotlink pantas, instead of rm10 reload for 3 months validity changed to rm10 for 1 month only. Many years ago I'm on celcom x2 plan, 28sen for 10minutes call being changed plan to celcom x3, rate is 30sen for 1 minute call. Nothing can be done really, port out if unhappy.I didn't click anything at all I was on the rm10/month for 2gb and 500mb 1-7pm plan I just checked but the cheapest prepaid next is rm15 so that means I got forced upgrade to a more expensive plan?? how is this legal? Hi all,
I successfully talktime transfer 'out' 4 times to a digi prepaid. However on 5th time, digi says : " Number of Talktime Transfer exceeded. Transfer not allowed. " After 24 hours on 2nd day , same thing happens and no go. Seeking sifus' advice on how do I continue to talktime transfer out? To another digi prepaid number? .... or any other way? |

Just curios how does the expire date will expand? I know if we top up, DiGi will auto prolong the expire date, but somehow if I tried to reload the next day, it won't prolong again. How?

QUOTE(kenlui @ Jul 1 2022, 02:04 PM) Hi, what are the chances of getting the BoS RM30/365 days? Digi also have RM30/365 super long life but only for older Digi Prepaid Best. Good to park seldom use number.Gonna relocate overseas soon, currently have 3 digi postpaid family lines, not sure if I should convert all into digi prepaid or port into Hotlink pantas. The determining factor is the 365 days price, as maxis only Rm30 compared to digi of RM108 if no promo. Thanks in advance for your reply! |

Hi all. There are two numbers that I will reload once a month (RM 5 for Digi) to keep them active (a Digi representative told me it wouldn't be terminated if I reload every 40 days).
The two numbers I purchased were my birthday number and I thought I might have a use for them for online business in the future. Any suggestion from you guys? (Currently got no plan yet for these numbers, just bought to keep it) |

QUOTE(Jessica JM. @ Sep 2 2022, 06:24 PM) Shopee discount? Could you tell me more? occasionally shopee will have prepaid top up sales 16% off on the rm5 reload, with some coins redeemtion may only need to pay around RM3.00++, manage to grab twice per sales though...My primary line is Digi, hence I'm thinking if going to develop a new online business, probably will try Maxis. as for maxis, specifically hotlink pantas works similar to digi, and they both perform well for my usage, both have volte, vowifi, in app reward deals etc...the main balance can purchase voucher too. The free daily point for hotlink can exchange for internet although only once per day. |

Hi, I hope someone can provide some insight or advise for this.
I just received a message from Digi stating that my prepaid account will be automatically converted to a Digi NEXT account. I primarily use WhatsApp on my phone and hardly anything else when I'm out of WiFi coverage. Will the so-called Unlimited Socials include WhatsApp messaging and calls, or will I have to purchase an add-on to keep things as they are. I currently have unlimited Whatsapp. |

My plan is even older: SmartPlan from 2012. Only RM30 for unlimited WhatsApp, they launched this for when Whatsapp first got here. Digi has been trying to get me to change for years - including cutting my WhatsApp off several times until I called them to point out that I'm on an unlimited plan, but I figured why pay more when the plan I'm on was great for me. |

Yet, I continued to subscribe the 30days plan with a hope that there will be free 6gb, unfortunately, it looks like I've been expelled from the freebies. Not sure why |

Ever since PH is out, the telco is uncontrollable. They readjust the plan to become more expensive or less data. New plan also not attractive. Gold_Moderator liked this post

I checked with DiGi and they tell me the VMS Roaming step is not necessary if you have already deactivated voicemail. Just double confirm, is it digi Next prepaid has 90 days grace period?
And just need RM1 to buy 1 day validity at 89 day will extend another 90 days grace period, and in the end one year 365 days roughly needs RM4 to keep the line alive? TQ My main point is jest to keep the line only, no need data or internet or calling. TQ Could transfer money (credit inside digi prepaid) to another digi prepaid account?
