Me is getting more confused about Digi offerings... Please simplify the plans... Too complicated ... Will consider if plans are easy to "maintain" in 30 days calendar...

The only selling point that me can understand is:

Topup RM15, subscribe the Unlimited Social (DUS15) to get 30-day validity with 3GB "High-speed" Internet and 64kbps Basic Internet.

Most probably targeting students who really have tight monthly budget. That 3GB "High-speed" internet is for WhatsApp call for 30-day validity to "replace" unlimited call plan. Can still streaming YouTube @ 144P to reserve that 3GB "High-speed" quota. Once 3GB quota depleted, 64kbps kicks in... Things will be more painful when hotspot & mobile gaming using that 3GB quota...

So, fixed nett commitment every month is RM15.00 instead of RM30 or RM35 for other Unlimited Passes from other telcos.

To me---owww, RM15 vs RM30/35 is not much different compared to the "unlimited" access to internet and all-net calls. With RM30/35, no need to do micro-management of data quota/usage. Use as much as we need for all apps is so much str8-forward and hassle-free....

As for the other RM28/month offerings (DUY28 & DUC28), they are D.O.A case... Why bother RM28/month when other telcos offers RM30/35 with so much str8-forward offerings...

Too many plans until T&C also "kelam-kabut"....oh well, DiGi is always in my "honourable mention" list but not as a winner for the time being...

Me think they took my advice last time before me MNP-o... Me said to them,
"Me stayed with DiGi for more than 2 years and don't get anything special. So better me port out to better offerings".

From that moment triggered the BOS concept... LOL...

Better U-Turn b4 too late...

Even if we reload/topup RM1, and on the same day, we subscribe to any of the "Always Active" plan, the airtime/credit/account validity will be reset to 30 days starting from the day we subscribe to this "Always Active" plan. It's a good feature to not worry the concept of "RM1 for 1 day validity".... meaning, no need to subscribe to one-year validity add-ons as well...

Other PRE-paid plans, they "trap" us with "RM1 for 1 day validity" which is very annoying (if we do not know when to reload and the amount to reload)...

Errrr... all data will still work within the "Always Active" plan period (ie 30 days from activation...)

Conclusion: "Always Active" means no need to worry when to reload or when the validity will expired...

We can topup any amount... Just buy any of the NEXT plan, 30 days will be automatically granted. Topup amount is not important. Must buy/subscribe the plan is important...

Define "Basic" usage(s)...
