1-2 days pass, Box of surprise still remain disappear from mydigi APP & USSD since I switch to NEXT prepaid

ya, ppl don't simply change from LiVE to NEXT plan.
must do research more first, and choose most suitable plan

some weakness discovered:-
1) can't switch back to LiVE directly
2) no more Box of surprise in menu , maybe I'm wrong but until today I don't see any BoS as a NEXT plan user
3) no free weekly High Speed Internet for Video and Music
4) no free Calls and SMS to 6 Buddyz™
5) grace period will apply for 60 day ONLY, whereas LiVE got 90 days

NEXT plan benefits I saw:-
1) 10 sen/call & sms cheaper than LiVE 30 sen/call & 20 sen/sms
2) all Internet purchases support Always Active
3) Monthly Plan Boosters available RM3=1.5GB
4) free 1GB basic internet, double of LiVE plan
5) Talktime Extend available

it really depend on your usage

for me NEXT prepaid just enough for me to keep minimum monthly usage RM15,
and only cost 10sen/call (I rarely make phone call)
only a bit sad with no BoS

no need, it all up to you to reload and keep validity
RM15 is the lowest amount available to subscibe Cili padi internet plan to get 30 days validity

Monthly Active Plans are non-renewable. Hence at the end of the 30 days, you will need to repurchase your favorite Monthly Active Plan.


ANYWAY, if you watch a lot of YouTube, maybe better stay at LiVE plan to get weekly 2.5GB video quota
and subscribe RM28 bigBonus with unlimited call will be best

but ppl must be careful, NEXT prepaid plan do not have monthly auto renew add on
all Cili Padi & biGBonus Monthly Active Plans are non-renewable, must do monthly subcribe manually

LiVE plan different, the bigBonus got auto renew type

ya, NEXT prepaid was the only plan that do not have monthly auto renew internet plan
so special...
not suitable for ppl that cannot monitor frequently

but not manual renew on time will lose bonus free data
then will be a bit expensive if lose the free bonus data

I think no data booster for other plan
internet booster only specially for NEXT plan

LiVE plan you also can get RM15 for 30days Cili padi if I'm not mistaken

then maybe you should go for bigBonus internet
LiVE plan + bigBonus RM28 monthly auto renew , really good
10GB youTube+(Free 1000 Mins & SMS to 6 Buddyz)+4GB high speed+30GB (1-7pm)+unlimited call

OR you can still can keep buying Cili Padi add on

what I mean is LiVE plan maybe ended any time, once changed, you may not get it back
LiVE consider good plan specially for a working ppl and YouTube lover with FREE weekly 2.5GB video quota
which NEXT plan don't have.

Today,new discover of Next plan weakness no.6 & 7
add benefits no.5 & 6 too

6) the free 1GB basic internet cannot be used for Facebook and WeChat, confirmed as my Cili padi expired and only got basic internet
7) internet plan doesn't auto renew, my Cili padi RM15 even though mentioned in app "renew in ..." But will end when time end

NEXT plan benefits I saw:-

Example, I buy RM15 Cili padi in 29 June 2020 only get extra free 2GB, in 30 July due to revised extra free internet, I get 6GB data when subscribe RM15 Cili padi

Example my Next prepaid plan account will expire on 1 Aug 2020 extend to 1 September 2020 with the purchase of RM15 Cili padi on 30 July 2020

I feel like Next plan free basic internet got faster?
RM15 just expired and using basic internet still feel good.

RM15 starter pack directly get you the RM15 internet plan

I think no problem since NEXT plan no auto-renew internet plan unless the 3 month renewal bundle
