Hi, I hope someone can provide some insight or advise for this.
I just received a message from Digi stating that my prepaid account will be automatically converted to a Digi NEXT account. I primarily use WhatsApp on my phone and hardly anything else when I'm out of WiFi coverage. Will the so-called Unlimited Socials include WhatsApp messaging and calls, or will I have to purchase an add-on to keep things as they are. I currently have unlimited Whatsapp. |

My plan is even older: SmartPlan from 2012. Only RM30 for unlimited WhatsApp, they launched this for when Whatsapp first got here. Digi has been trying to get me to change for years - including cutting my WhatsApp off several times until I called them to point out that I'm on an unlimited plan, but I figured why pay more when the plan I'm on was great for me. |
