They only use the internet to watch TV (Netflix, Disney+ & UniFi TV)

I only used it for 2 days to remote into my office using AnyDesk, seems as good as UniFi

Although I do see some sluggishness when loading Netflix. All shows & movies in Netflix always starts at a very low resolution like 360p before getting UHD resolution
Unlike with UniFi, I immediately get UHD resolution from the beginning

Hey guys. Need some input. This is my first bill from Allo
Why are they charging for 2 months? My service was installed on 1 August 2022

Is this normal? We have to pay upfront for the usage?

Just paid through their self-care portal. The update on my billing is very fast. All outstanding cleared immediately after the payment has been made thumbsup.gif

ALLO self-care app said my password has expired & I have to set a new password. Has anyone seen this before? I've only used ALLO for 2 months. 2 months have to change password d?

Or is this a bug?

Nevermind. Had to call their helpline in order to get a temporary password
Managed to login using the temporary password then change the password in the app

Tried rebooting the modem (BTU) too but still same issue until now

Depends on the requirement
For my old folks & my in-laws usage where they just need the internet for WhatsApp, Netflix, Disney Hotstar+ & YouTube, it's perfectly fine
