In Jan 2019, while being blacklisted by Maxis, I could still subscribe to UMobile postpaid GX50 phone plan. Maybe the smaller celcos and MVNOs accept BL subscribers for postpaid.

Hmm... It seems like Umobile also bullies their prospect customers because they are blacklisted
Time to boycott Umobile too huh

UMobile could have changed terms after Jan 2019, ie maybe it has since proclaimed itself as a Big Celco.
Anyway, I checked my own verification by UMobile for the Hero P139 plan and surprisingly I am not blacklisted by Maxis. Wonder why.?
In Jan 2019, I checked with a Maxis Store in a shopping mall to try to register for Maxis Home Fiber and the staff told me I was on the celcos' blacklist - maybe under UMobile blacklist because when I next tried to register for GX50, the UMobile center staff told me I had an outstanding 3-year-old last monthly bill of RM40 - I thought UMobile had cleared all my bills when I closed that old postpaid mobile broadband account at that same center 3 years ago. So, I was "forced" to pay that 3-year-old outstanding bill, in order to register for GX50. I did not receive any email or letter about the outstanding UMobile bill for 3 years. This could be another celco "money scam". .......

Seems. I am also not blacklisted by Celcom = it could have been UMobile who had put me on the celco-blacklist in Jan 2019, and not Maxis. .......
