Dah lah bayar mahal 5G line per month, pas tuh FUP Limit rendah... baik tak yah offer 5G terus... #5GisFake

QUOTE(azhar75 @ Jun 7 2020, 10:40 AM) Tapped from 50GB FUP Limit as well. So, if pay RM1/hour hotspot, and connect to 5 devices simultaneously, in no time 50GB quota will be exhausted and throttled to 512kbps shared among 5 devices... Super-duper agree... I edy ignored the 50GB cap... it is truly unlimited in my POV... Better get truly unlimited @ 512kbps rather than truly unlimited @ 64kbps.... That throttled speed @ 512kbps is the killer-feature of HUP35... agree 64kbps is just enough for whatsapp messages and general notifications only. 128kbps may be enough to load websites and read news. 512kbps definitely enough to read news, emails, send whatsapp attachment, send pics , whatsapp call/ facetime audio.

The "TRULY" Unlimited FUP is 512kbps which derives:
So, roughly : = 50GB (3Mbps) + 165GB (0.5Mbps) = ~ 200GB per month FUP Limit

TQ...I’m not sure about Hotlink, but for Maxis Postpaid, a phone call will only be automatically cut off after 120 minutes. Whilst it has always been 90 minutes for Digi. Hence when I need to call a customer care line, usually airlines that have long waiting time, I always call from a Maxis line.

QUOTE(!@#$%^ @ Jun 7 2020, 11:13 AM) owh, those call-lines FOC? call prefix 1300 need to pay. not FOC.. so call prefix 03 instead. 03 is free usually there will be 2 numbers provided from airlines / company, for example, call 1300-XXXXXX, if call from oversea, call 03-XXXXXXXX

on one side i can understand 50GB is not bad for plans that cost RM35/38 and RM45/48. But on the other side, the add on data is only 3GB for one day vs celcom offering RM3 for 5GB that lasts 3 days for the hotspot... for the celcom RM38 48GB plan

At least it's better than Celcom's XPAX rm38 48gb which will be throttle to 64Kbps after filling up the quota. The mistake is that they weren't as transparent as celcom in stating the 3Mbps quota limit
