but theses affordable unlimited plan will cause congestion and make premium users unhappy.

Well they also upgraded those on postpaid plans as well...starting june 4...same date as the launch date of these unlimited prepaid plans...most that uses maxis postpaid are on contract plans (device bundle) anyway...so no unlimited plans for them 😆🤭

Wow nice hotlink to counter umobile GX30++ package.
A lot of People choose umobile due to cheap unlimited package prepaid even coverage so-so only.

If celcom also join the party unlimited prepaid, really RIP in avdance umobile.
In term of coverage maxis and celcom real winner.
*
True... u cannot go wrong with maxis & celcom 😬 the reason people left them is due to pricing...

I was thinking  what does it mean by hotlink, why not  does not it call maxis prepaid?
*
It's branding thing...
Maxis=strictly postpaid (premium pricing, cater to users who are willing to pay more)
Hotlink=affordable segment (the peasant version of maxis but dowan to use maxis brand cause it will ruined the maxis brand...just like Celcom(postpaid) & Xpax (prepaid))

I see, Digi BTS just beside my house and works, just 100m and 400m each, both LTE-A up to 150Mbps.
*
My area is too congested at night...totally unusable...i can bear 3mbps but it was less than 1mps...sometimes connection timeout...otherwise the plan is perfect for me

Indeed, not every BTS is strategy located.
Only possible choose which telco suits for you if there is lesser choices.

True...dont stay loyal blindly...if it's not working just change...even big telcos nowadays offer competitive plans

No problem of coverage for me, any Telcos suits me well except those premium plans.

To prevent major nationwide outages and overcrowded areas, it's better having dual Sim with 2 different telco examples Yoodo (customizable anytime) + Digi (looking Hotlink/Umobile soon)

That's why MNP was introduced for everyone, just port out if not happy.
*
You're right...premium plans r overkill anyway...rm100 below should b fine

Never failed to be above 2.7Mbps (DL) and above 2.0 (UL) for LTE Spectrum.

Hotlink still dare to say "Truly Unlimited".

Abuse of the words "truly" and "unlimited" and insulting the intelligence of their potential customers.

Maxis' marketing strategy: If u cant convince them, confuse them...change t&c last minute after public outcry
