I will get him to sign a letter of prove that money has been refunded and i will clear his name...

There is still a small chance he is indeed innocent (though I don't really believe it), but since he's willing to go to the police station, they will do some good interrogation and we'll find out what happened.

i agree. since this VinceZX is claiming to be innocent and is currently protecting the "real" conman, i see no reason to do anything else except taking the money from him and letting this VinceZX disassociate himself from this scandal. To be honest, i dun think Godslove will ever find out who's the real conman, although we all know who he really is since his england and mountain of lies can't save him.

I have a doubt here, can the owner of that frozen account open another account in another bank? Or the details is passed on to every other bank so that they will not allow him to open another account?
