PLEASE BLANK OUT WHAT YOU ALL ARE DOWNLOADING AND ONLY SHOW THE SPEED, I CAN SEE MANY ILLEGAL STUFF THAT IS BEING DOWNLOADED, YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO BE CAUGHT RED HANDED
so let's hope we can enjoy this "goodness" for another 6 months, ps: i'm guessing tm is screwing their throttling product supplier, if what you all said is true if its by cisco, then its going to cost them a bomb to upgrade it to be able to filter out deluge.. |

please note.. that i found out something.. not every ip address that streamyx gives you can get best/full speed one..
the worst one was 60.54.x.x avoid that ip block if can.. then try to stop and resume your download and see how... initially i was one 60.54.x.x i wasen't downloading shit then i reconnect got a different ip block.. my speed wear to near maximum... Added on November 15, 2007, 1:59 pm QUOTE(JayYeong39 @ Nov 15 2007, 11:38 AM) I am new user of deluge, why i can't browse website when every time i was downloading file using deluge?? My recent download speed is 100-15x. oi noob.. check a few pages back la.. that question has been repeatedly ask for like soo many times already.. i think a lot of people is pissed seeing that kind of question... QUOTE(kaxhinaz @ Nov 15 2007, 01:54 PM) true, true... wonder why there are some who still don't understand the principle of 1mbps or 512 kbps connection. should have google first before asking such question... example this fella heheheh This post has been edited by JinXXX: Nov 15 2007, 01:59 PM |

QUOTE(MOBOX @ Nov 15 2007, 09:27 PM) JinXXX, stop calling people noob. hehhe sorry if my words made you feel offended.....This is a forum, not a game.. please be respectful There's something wrong with the international link AGAIN.. even Jeff Ooi is having problems. but then i said it for a reason.. i have been following this thread since day 1 it was created ... and i've seen the same question being ask again again again again and again.. jeff ooi having problem ? which jeff ooi ? the jeffooi.com ? Added on November 15, 2007, 11:41 pm QUOTE(TC_Boy @ Nov 15 2007, 09:28 PM) It's 1 KBps because it can't get past the throttle. Deluge works because it somehow finds those few peers and seeds that can get past the throttling. yeah i think it managed to find those peers and seeds which have full proto encryption.. QUOTE(mel5582 @ Nov 16 2007, 06:38 AM) Yup, jeffooi.com, I had some problems accessing the site the other day too.. but I guess its due to the recent bersih rally thats creating all this online traffic congestion. Not sure well if it was on the 10 and 11 then its sure to be congestion issue.. |

QUOTE(kaxhinaz @ Nov 16 2007, 10:22 PM) hmm no idea.. all i know is that i'm on 1mbps subscription.. QUOTE(seperlinky @ Nov 16 2007, 11:21 PM) funny thing just happend. I get a lot of peers and seeders, but nothing is downloading. It seems like TM manage to throttled Deluge. hmm not sure about that, i'm on 124.x and its giving me blady blady good speed.. for everything.. see my pic/post on top When it was downloading for a while, the line got disconnected and the DSL line modem is not blinking and I need to restart the modem I think they have some intell on the device if they suspect that you are torrenting they disconnect your connection. I am not 100% sure but this is the same for 219.x.x.x and 218.x.x.x. |

QUOTE(RangerRed @ Nov 17 2007, 09:25 AM) THey r injecting data into the packets to u n coming from u that tell the clients that the connection is closed. So u got a lot of peers n seeds but when u want to send data to each other u both get connection is closed. how well can you confirm that issue/problem.. so far that technology is used by comcast aka sandvine based p2p blocking.. i thought tm is using cisco based applications for the blocking ? |

QUOTE(prasys @ Nov 17 2007, 01:24 PM) It looks like they are blocking Deluge's encryption too. I think they are employing the methods that RangerRed has just mentioned. I am not sure which one but certainly they are doing it. So again we will have to find a better way of bypassing it. i think if possible we need to compile a list of locations/dslam that the equipment is attached to.. cause not all places are affected yet.. if they are really using the comcast/sandvine technology.. we can't seed only.. but for downloading and all we are still able to but in a limited way... |

Watch and be amazed as the download goes from 12 K/s down to egg K/s. Up and down, up and down. More down than up. So TMnet > Deluge. well since you say it like that.. then we all gotta go back to the old method.. vpn ahahahha |

QUOTE(Elmo @ Nov 22 2007, 10:07 AM) Emule downloads them into *.part files and then "reconstitutes" them into into the usable file -- a two step process. BT in d/l'ing skips the first part. So I don't think there's a way to continue partially d/l'ed files and continue them in deluge. thats like.. driving the same sports car eg ferrari on kampung road and highway..However, you could try and rename a .part file into the appropriate file and look for the same file offered in torrents and see if that works. But I don't think it will. i dont think that will work |
