Only can hope upcoming WCE, Dash highway and LRT Line 3 in 2024 may potentially reduce the traffic.

These days, more companies into WFH mode and who knows, it stays that way in the long run 😁

Highway at nearby township ongoing. Just hoping the alternate route will be utilised by current NKVE users, along with LRT3 (Klang, Setia Alam, Shah Alam ----> Bandar Utama. Whether its a good buy for own stay depends on individual.

🤣 hard to say if this is ideal for investment. One potential setback is the HTC.

By logic, with A should be one level higher.

Saw layout, few of it look like tandem parking. Previously SA told me either side by side or opposite 😅

As duduk by EcoWorld - Huni & Se.Ruang are 32-storey serviced apartment, expectation on the finishing will be higher. Let's see how it goes. Many have signed the SPA, so it is up to the developer in positioning this project, whether low cost or mid-tier. ~ MYR 400k is slightly above the affordable range category.

T&T macam boleh tahan, got awards too.

So, you own at least one, Aries/Dremien or Cora/Nara. Either of these, should be fortunate and grateful that both Huni and Floria (future launch of RSKU) provide the much needed building block away from that awful HTC.

Hope you are not discouraging us who have signed up for a unit at duduk, either Huni or Se.Ruang 😎 as some of us are M40 group. We may not be staying there permanently, as getting a landed for the so-called dream home will be a terrible mistake for 1st or 2nd property. Renting it out as short/long term still fine. Even if I need to cough up the sum, only cost a monthly installment of Honda City. Just a fraction of my net income.

Never in my mind to consider places like Semenyih for the next 10 years. Besides, Karisma is an apartment, different league bro.

Although I am disappointed with cement-rendered corridor, only can wish the layout and finishing will be better than previous ones. We pay for what is required and most importantly, feeling more secured. Other places may be similar but look at the amount of defects and abandoned projects.

Last but not least, I do know some "gurus" out there waiting desperately to buy units in bulk, by entire floor at a discount. Then sell to their participants, loan compression etc. Too bad, it will not happen for Huni. May try their luck at other locations.

There are five building blocks within the Huni area. Eg. Car park, shop lot? Not really a major concern though. Can always clarify with SA.

Enough with all the negative comments, if you are not planning to own one. Majority of buyers over here have signed the SPA recently. We have taken into consideration, various factors and decided to go ahead.

I wonder what are the "benefits" for continuing to "attack" this project. Indirectly, it is also a form of an insult to the buyers' intelligence. Are you saying we were short-changed and possibly, "fooled" by SA, representing a top-tier developer? Appreciate all those professional arguments before the major SPA signing (26.09-25.10.2020). Likewise, best to revisit after VP (3 years from now)? That will be interesting and valid.

Besides, we can see similar trend in another thread, related to Se.Ruang @ Eco Sanctuary. Same corridor topic. The only difference between these two are the number of genuine buyers actively in forum.

I am sure many will know what to do should the product's end-result appears sub-standard. Let the developer have some space to liaise between architect and contractor. Everyone is hoping for a reasonable design outcome and quality. How will this turn out in future is still a BIG Question Mark, since there is no project reference.

Commercial title, only electricity from TNB convertible to residential. It's a serviced apartment 😂 with essential amenities.

Mostly for own stay, comprising young/small families. Observed the facebook/insta postings, conversation with SA and personal encounter during SPA signing. Surrounding area and nearby Shah Alam/Setia Alam have lots of housing/condo/apartment. Location just next to NKVE Setia Alam toll exit.
