Only concern is built quality. Hope they will not rush the main con. Besides, each unit have partial/full furnish. That will take another month or two.

For own stay, still okay. Rent out really depends on the service apartment final product/outcome (duduk is a new concept, no reference to fall back at all), maintenance, future development nearby, surrounding environment and the new rules (if any), set by JMB or MC.
