Curious to know what kind of quality on this Rm400psft apartment. Previously Eco world also built some mid cost apartment at Eco majestic.. Hope this Se.ruang will have better quality than other mid cost apartment. Very attractive price indeed.

Same scenario as other projects. Plus point for Huni is the number of units, 1.7k sharing only several clubhouse facilities vs other projects that may end up 0.35 or 0.40 as a start.

Yet to sign the SPA. Ideally, go through it and clarify during appointment (understand situation abit rush/many people). Anyway, not to worry about maintenance fee for duduk. Facilities just a few. Hopefully the lift is of acceptable quality. I have also feedback to SA regarding the corridor. Let's see how it goes.

Same as Huni.. Each floor come with upper and lower floor, for instance 4 and 4A. Car park link brigde only at floor 3 and 6.
