One Ways ?

If it's Gi, how are grappling gonna take place without holding shirt or pants?
I think the rules needs to be looked into.

just my 2 cents

Sounds like it's gonna be more of a no time limit submission grappling (no gi) match.

I will definitely tell you but 1st off how much do you know about it ? Or are you too anxious to talk about it in case your ex sifus find out ?

From the sound of it you seems to know very little .

If you wanna do sparring where is a good place to train? I've done Ju-Jutsu for many years (11 years, black belt) But we also do a lot of strikes, kicking and takedowns. I've also done karate and judo. BJJ is kinda fun to do but I feel like I don't get enough sparring there and ONLY doing BJJ is not really what I wanna do. Any suggestions?

I have myself poked at Yee Chou, Taman Megah PJ (www.yeechou.com)

Some say it helps, some say no, based on my personal experience, acupuncture only relieves pain temporary.

Meanwhile, my back's healing progress has stagnant. Time to find other treatment
