JB I don't dare to stay those without gated.
For bukit indah and Iskandar area, the better township would be Horizon Hills and Eco Botanic. I think even Avenue 8 is better than the location u listed. |

That location at that price is ok already. Of course, can get it at cheaper price is better. As for crime concern, got a few friends staying that area and never heard anything about break ins. I don't know much if want to compare with other township in Malaysia but looking at Bukit Indah alone it's a good place, only problem is the traffic jam during peak hours.

i live in a nearby taman to bukit indah. i go there almost every weekend to shop for groceries. its a nice taman with lots of amenities but the area there is old township. some houses are starting to look a bit aged. they are not old yet but are an outdated design.
for 730k, there are newer and better options available in the area. i would not buy that house. |
