For that price can get a good unit at Horizon Hill also. Also can consider Tebrau area ie: Near Mt Austin, Setia Indah, Adda Heights, Seri Austin, Eco World, Glen Marie, Dato Onn.

Walking distance to aeon about 10mins, drive is even nearer. Price is not as expensive also

Bukit Indah is actually very strategic Taman, from kl can have direct access without going thru town area, go sg no jam, direct highway. Go town thru the coastal highway no jam. Can go sutera mall, very near also. And its a bukit, no risk of flood not like some low area... No high power tension cable like Nusa Bestari behind police station, or like Geylang patah new housing area, everything is nearby.

700k+ semi-d hard, i know an unit in gateway sell for 900k+ last year, now not sure.
now all new one like woodlands, 800k can get u a double storey only

ya, i quite like bukit indah area, no flood issue, the serenity, not too crowded.
i dunno why so many ppl complain about the traffic here, never face traffic here before except the nusa bestari road to sutera or TUTA

nice...bukit indah got plenty of mall nearby, nice restaurant, car wash, massat centre... traffic jam? no serious jam unless u coming from sutera utama tonnes of traffic light to wait
but i will still choose horizon hill unless bukit indah hs can nego till 600k...been staying in canal garden for few yrs and sometimes can jog around the golf course, saw TMJ carspassing by there few times before

I found one 700k+ semi-d at The Gateway. But need to spend abt 200k renovation so i didnt take that unit. I went to other newer phases, dont have to spend that much renovating. Just move in

Horizon Hills quite nice to walk n explore the whole taman. The walkways r like walking in nature. The only drawback is too many empty houses, especially during weekdays. Many Singaporean bought houses ther n only comes during weekends. Some Msian from KL or Penang work in SG also bought houses ther for weekend retreat
