still expensive. offer the seller 20-25% lower, tell him or her that you will wait until February next year... massive defaults and auctions are incoming after the moratorium is over.

keep in contact with the seller, most probably: he will not be able to clear the property at that price.

JB properties are overpriced and have massive overhang.

I am aiming for one as well in January next year.

P/S: bukit indah: check out traffic jam in the area in the morning and evening.
