For the price range as Iphone SE, and spec not even close as Poco or Nord also selling hot.
Specs doesn't direct translate into which the best phone for everybody.
Different phone bring different value to table, and there's always people willing to fork out money for them.
Just like me, I'm keen on getting all Poco, Nord and SE. Now using SE, next will be either of other 2.

Ya bro, agreed. As a fellow enthusiast I'm keen to try all phones too - but not the SE, coz if you tried a 6S, 7 or an 8, you'll roughly know what to expect with the SE

guys, if i buy K30 Pro, can flash into the rom same as Poco F2 pro? coz i see now china selling 12G / 256GB for RM1.8k only. somemore with better camera.

Have you tried MIUI and if yes, are you comfortable with it? That's the key point. For RM1999, it's easy to recommend the Poco F2 Pro as a phone but there are some things you'll need to get used to.

Poco F2 Pro got no Zoom edition - at least not as far as I'm aware! The Poco F2 Pro is a rebranded K30 Pro (not Zoom edition).

eh, K30 Pro got OIS.

Poco F2 Pro is based on Redmi K30 Pro while K30 Pro Zoom Edition which has better camera only available in AP set. There's no F2 Pro Zoom Edition fyi.

Thanks for your honest review. I have never owned a MIUI phone before. I only owned 3 huawei phones as im comfortable with EMUI. However my future phone wont be a huawei due to lack of google play store. Poco F2 pro is quite ideal but i wont rush into buying coz my current phone is still good for me.

Unfortunately, there is no way to know if MIUI suits you or not till you try it But if you're comfortable with EMUI, I'd imagine you'd be able to adjust to MIUI fairly easy. If you're in no rush then just wait it out, the price will drop further. In fact, I saw it going for RM1,949 on Lazada last night - official MY set.

I've been waiting for my bootloader unlock permission from xiaomi to install the miui 12 eu rom.

But yesterday, the global rom was updated to miui 12.

Is it still worth it to flash miui 12 eu?

Troublesome to transfer WhatsApp messages and data each time to new phone. That's why I'm thinking of iPhone se, I got a Samsung tablet too

Security update usually in most cases last for 2-3 years easily, especially for flagships and phone that got huge userbase.
For whatsapp migration between Android and Ios kinda troublesome if you don't have paid apps, hence, it's not possible to migrate whole whatsapp backup without one.
But there's some work around for those who only change from Android to IOS by using Wazzapmigrator.
Any phone got pro and cons, just make sure you knew before you buy what you get out of it.
