Lol I have never try the fabric version. Probably never will. So I cannot comment on quality of the fabric chair.

This is fabric version. So far used for 4 months.
Not the best chair i feel.
Better buy titan if u have habit cross leg on chair.

I'm actually looking for mesh chair. But sabah don't have the best mesh chair.
Recently saw ads thermaltake cyberchair. Similar like the ergohuman.

My thought is after temasek pump money, maybe quality should be improve. Cross finger on those 2020 series.

I have the 2020 Titan PU. Still holding up after 6 months. Hope it stays pristine.

Woah, looks like it is still in a very good condition. So you use any coating on the leather to keep it in good condition?

Didn't use any special solution except occasional wet wipe. Extensive seating especially during MCO. So far so good.
Tried both Omega and Titan before purchase.

6 months is still very early. Lol pin this thread, reply us in 1 to 2 years. Lol im pretty sure, you’re going to have similar issue lol. Our chair are 2 year+ already. My chair at 6 months is shinning like urs too.

LOL so much of “protection” layer. But it defeat the purpose of buying this chair xD

It showed signs exactly a year later and it got worse today. Picture is taken yesterday, 2 years after the purchase. Kinda regret getting it as well. I do wipe it often but still, it peeled off when in contact with sweat for long. Could literally see the shape of my body through the picture from where it peeled off. I have big thighs too, hence the terrible peel at the sides

If you had that so much budget for a chair, why not just go to AMOffice and getting their high-end ergonomic chair? All these gaming chair is pure bullshit. Might as well just order it from China LOL. Same shit.

Didn’t expect to have such low quality item for that price. Well, fell for the marketing trap. Lesson learnt lol.

I had the worst experience with them so far

i first bought the omega series like 4-5 years ago, all was fine and dandy. The problem started 3 years ago (only use for 2 years), the seating area started to crack, i emailed them and they said the leather is showing wear and tear and due to high humidity (eg sweating or atmosphere). They advise me to wipe the chair dry after every end of the day.

Look, i am not going to manage the chair, for the price i am paying i assume the chair would be high quality and doesnt need micromanaging from my part. And they are a singapore company, how much of an atmospheric difference do we have? Both malaysia and singapore have more or less the same humidity, and i doubt singaporeans would experience something different from us.

Ok, i though to myself and gave them another chance. I said why dont i get the seating area replaced. They even gave me a discount. A few days later i got the seat, to my horror they sent the wrong color. I was bloody furious at that point. I demanded for a correct color, and it was sent after a few days. And it took them 2 long months to have the wrong chair collected, after i threaten them that i would throw the seat out as my house is not their warehouse.

A few weeks ago, the back rest area leather is starting to peel off! FML! And now the seating area is also peeling off, which i replaced like a year and a half ago....

I am not giving them another chance after seeing that you guys are having the same trouble

Exactly the same situation on my end. Looking at the price, I thought it should last for a few good years but boy was I wrong. With all the marketing efforts that are so intense especially in FB and Insta, with so many "fans" showing off their new chair, I had the urge to post mine there to "show it off" as well, to let everyone see how the chair holds up in a year time. But I decide not to, to not risk getting sued lol

Ya wei. Their fb post full with show off pic. I did go and post my crack leather pic. I guess they hide my post. Nobody seems to bother about my post. Lol

Walao. This is so extreme. Why u didn’t make a post to make it viral. Dafuq. I guess everyone is the same. After 2 years, prepare to fork out some money for the replacement. Maybe we need to use this thread to make them “famous”
