Bought less than 2 years. The leather will peel off itself within a year. And it getting serious. Other accessory also broken.
They don't have distributor or customer service in Malaysia. So the warranty is useless.

If you dont mind to change your chair every year or 2 years then can go for secretlab.

Agree. I post my poor quaility chair there. They remove it. And they have many bots in FB showing nice picture of their products.

i just brought my secretlab softweave version chair last 2 month only.

Everyone pls report Secretlab FB page. They selling defect chair to Malaysian. Singaporean who bought pre-2018 able to change the leather seat for free but Malaysia not available. My chair bought it last year 2019. Less than a year start peeling off. Until now we are still receiving the poor quality chair.

What do you mean last 2 months only? You sold? Or it malfunction?

I think mine was 2017 or 2018. Now look like shit but not as bad as those posted here.

I gave up on this secret lab chair long time ago. Bought it over 1k ringgit back dont' know when. They know the leather quality issue but still they refuse to honour warranty, saying it is normal wear and tear.

So my next chair surely will not be secret lab and also not fake leather. Maybe ikea chair will do.

Anyone knows if the acer predator chair leather just as bad as secret lab?

on their website ad state that the leather is pu leather not the genius leather.

i'm only interested in the smaller Throne chair but it was never in stock despite knowing malaysians are typically short.
