It might be system error on their part, maybe different and correct RM800 for B40 single when receive the payment. If you had this issues, you have go to LHDN office, prove yourself by showing pay slip.

Make sure your LHDN bank account is keep updated and still active, then good to go.

No way to cancel rayuan. Let they reject your application / "rayuan".

Well, government / LHDN will refer to their data at LHDN.

No worries, if transaction failure, can claim back from BSN.


If your parents (one of them) still have BSH 2019 /2020, don't need to apply and register BPN 2020.

if LULUS, and got error asked you to "Permohonan Baru", don't click that.

You need to have BPN account, register one, https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/LogMasuk
Then, login to BPN account. Stay on the page, check BPN status, it should be LULUS. https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/SemakanStatusBPN.aspx

For someone just applied for BPN, you need wait to see either your application or "Permohonan Diterima" is accepted or rejected. I think, if you are not getting any BPN money on 30 April or 31 May, you are rejected or not qualified for BPN.

Your wife qualified for BSH2019 & 2020 or BR1M before?

If your wife LULUS, the money will transfer into your wife bank account, the bank detail stored in previous BSH/BR1M.

If you LULUS, then LHDN bank in BPN money based on your LHDN bank detail.

You get lesser BPN money?
Meanwhile, you check the BPN status, BPN account logged in at the same time.
If this case, email them is pointless, they will probably never reply. You have to bring your pay slip (if married, then bring your spouse pay slip too), go to LHDN office to fix this problem.

I see, if BSH used BSN bank account, then it goes to BSN / your wife then.
No worries, if no received by that payment date, you go to BSN to claim back BPN money in cash. The one LULUS BPN is preferred to go there.
