Just make "Permohonan Baru", follow my first post on the first page here. Any doubt can ask again. Only either one of you register, in this case, your wife.

Bear in mind that if both combined salary exceed RM8000, you cannot get BPN.

yeah, anyone got problem with this. Go LHDN office, not KWSP.

Well, only either one of them can apply and register BPN only. Don't register for both of them.
If your father account is completed and "Permohonan Diterima", don't register for your mother anymore.

I'm sure your dad is LULUS.

If he wants to know how much he gets (RM1600), register BPN for him. Follow instruction in the first page.

How is it?

Because your BPN account being blocked, this case is even harder already...

If you really don't know, close the windows, until find questions you are familiar with and know the answer.

When you register BR1M or when apply BPN, all of your detail is part of the keselamatan question.

For anyone is already LULUS and facing this problem or error when recheck and confirm your BPN status on another day, this error "Tiada Rekod, Sila Klik Butang Permohonan Baru Untuk Membuat Permohonan "Permohonan Baru":

Please do not click "Permohonan Baru", you are already LULUS, but data in the system is messed up or corrupted to show that error above.
