I afraid, the system is still keep you as student, I saw some graduated and start working student cannot get BPN.

I think it is likely entitled to RM1600.



Their bank account is still active and correct in LHDN / e-filing / income tax account? If LULUS, they can get BPN.

Tidak Lulus, make "rayuan" tomorrow 3 April 2020.

Tidak Rekod > Permohanan Baru > | "Tidak Bekerja is the option they need to choose.
> Fill all personal detail

> "Permohonan Diterima", need wait your application, accepted = get BPN, rejected = Nothing.

Yes correct email. It is useless to email them. I don't expect they will read one.
Status deliver failure, probably means, their inbox is full or congested.
Some people received SMS or e-mail that they are eligible for VPN or LULUS. Some people like me cannot receive any, maybe government have our old and inactive or deactivated phone number or e-mail address.

Better follow my first post and check your BPN status, apply, or register.

Yes, not a scam message / SMS. Make sure LHDN has correct bank detail, or BSH2019/2020 bank account is still active. Wait till 30 April & 31 May.

For those people are LULUS, but encounter this error ^ / system data corrupted, later 3/4/2020 morning 7AM, check your BPN status to reconfirm again.

For anyone Tidak Lulus for BPN, you can make "rayuan". Students just graduated and just start working, Tidak Lulus because strange reason, Malaysia resident but working oversea.

Locked account when trying to register BPN account, I'll verify this case myself and update here later (same for "rayuan" thingy).

If you received SMS or email about eligibility of BPN, nothing to worry, just make sure LHDN / e-filling OR your BSH / BPN account personal detail is correct, especially bank account. BEWARE of fake / scam SMS or email.

Remember to screenshot LULUS BPN page or print out "Papar Borang" > Cetak/Print your "Paparan Maklumat BPN 2020".

If you're single or married, RM4001 or above, LHDN will do, by updating your LHDN / e-filing bank detail, that's it.



Since you are married, you need to combined both salary, then

LULUS, but 0?

See what this guys write below, if you got LHDN.

You can always reconfirm your status again. Better to screenshot or print the 'Paparan Maklumat BPN 2020".

Your current salary, if you're single and above RM4000, then you're not eligible for BPN.

If you're single and salary not exceed RM4000, it will show "LULUS", or register and apply for BPN.

Married? Not RM8000 above, can get BPN.

Yeah it is likely, you can try to check your BPN status https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/SemakanStatusBPN.aspx , LULUS = OK, Tidak Rekod, you can register BPN, apply, "Permohonan Diterima", need to wait to see your application either got accepted or rejected.

You should wait until the system is stable and recheck again.

Wrong. Only if you're BSH2019/2020 OR LHDN / e-filing don't need to apply. Other than that, you need to apply for BPN,

Better to double confirm in the website ya.

If the website stated that you're LULUS, you guys don't need to wait for SMS / email. Government might have your old or deactivated phone number or email address.

Register BPN account - is just to see how much BPN you will get, other personal and bank detail.

Yes, always remember to screenshot/print/backup.


You guys can always reconfirm your BPN status, and keep LULUS BPN page or the "Permohonan Maklumat BPN 2020" (< required an account to login in order to see or print).

1. You can see how much BPN you will get.
2. You can check your personal and bank details, but cannot edit or update bank detail, if want revise / update your information, need go to KWSP office.
3. You need an account to login to print "Paparan Maklumat BPN 2020".

Those people are still having this problem, included me. We are LULUS when we checked in few days ago. Make sure you're backup, screenshot, print LULUS page.

Now you check again, what is your status? "Permohonan Diterima"?

REMEMBER to screenshot or print this page, as proof/ evidence that you're LULUS or eligible to get BPN.

You're probably need go to KWSP office, bring along your spouse salary / pay slip, marriage JPN certs, any relevant documents, IC copy, you can think of.

If you're LULUS before, then now this "permohonan diterima" because of new registration? I see, you are probably making a mistake... Do you have screenshot LULUS page?

If any of you here are having this problem, recheck and confirm again, but don't click "Permohonan Baru".
Always remember to backup, screenshot/print the LULUS page, just in case for evidence.

No deadline (might change later, who knows), as BPN registration deadline is 30 April, same as first payment.

Bring IC copy, salary / pay slip, marriage or divorce JPN documents, children birth cert, any other.
