I check back your benchmark and I notice the cupric probably due to the memory, your memory scores is lower much than mine one.

I guess Apple using different type of RAM for different capacity. Apple may choose lower performance one for 128GB edition v/s 256GB edition.

Your ROM Sequential Read and Write is very low compare with mine one.

ROM Sequential Read Yours v/s Mine = 8667 v/s 23231. (mine around 3x faster than)
ROM Sequential Write Yours v/s Mine = 7201 v/s 15784. (mine around 2x faster than)

Will try my 11" 256 later.
But 3x score difference quite huge.

Yours one closed to PowerGadget and also is 128GB.

I think can concluded Apple did using different performance type of RAM for different capacity.

Wonder how is the performance for 512GB & 1TB edition.

Here is my 3rd time benchmark and result here in details.

The differences is more towards capacity instead of screen size.

You check the iPad Pro 4 both is 128GB edition and the MEM performance is even slower than iPad Pro 3 of 256GB edition.

Hi Andrew, thank you very much for your explanation and assisting me to find the culprit of low benchmark score.

At least now I know that the score is rather normal for 128GB which keep me worrying quite some time since I get my device.

Appreciated it thumbup.gif

Confirmed it with my Pro 11 2020 256GB.
The rom sequential read write almost 50% difference compare to 128GB.

Yup, so if can avoid 128GB, better straight up to 256GB edition.

I think this is also due to 128GB production issue, so far 128GB SSD for PC also is the least performance one.

I was always wondering why from 128gb to 256gb the price difference are Rm400.
The difference in performance + double the storage makes it a good deal.

Now we know that there is a difference between 128GB and 256GB. Nevertheless, it is still a very smooth and fast device.

I am slowly replacing my Ipad Pro 11 with my 2015 Macbook Pro.

So far based on my usage, it can 80% fulfil that requirement mainly thanks to Safari being a Desktop browser now. And the Logitech Mice and Keyboard helped with the experience.

Only pain point is when split screen for Zoom, the camera for Zoom is switched off. Other than that, so far so good.

Yeah yup and I also just bought a Logitech mouse. Haha!

Now it is kind of completed.

Short review of the mouse function, it is 90% functioning as touching the screen.
The only not working is pinch to zoom which allow zoom in your desire zoom level.
With mouse you can only double tab to zoom which the zoom level is fixed.

Second issue is the scrolling not as smooth as using in PC. It is not jitter but not good enough like touching screen to scroll. It is like part per part scrolling behaviour. It is getting better by adjusting the scrolling speed but still not as great as using the touch screen.

Heard scrolling is better in Apple Magic Mouse 2 but this cannot like this Logitech instant switch in between iPad and PC using same mouse.

Anyone using Magic Mouse 2 can confirmed this.
Is the scrolling is as smooth as using touch screen or touch pad?

I have the same item too.
I thought the micro SD can insert inside the slot which I can left it in but apparently not.
