If you buy online on Apple store most definitely will charge on weekdays. Apple charges you on day of delivery (which is weekdays lah). Better buy in retail stores where you can control day of purchase. Try harvey norman?

There's no deal with maxis, really. I'm essentially buying it at retail price but paying in 24 months interest free instalment, works out to RM191 per month.

I know there could be better deals out there but the only reason I wanted to get it from maxis was so that I would be eligible to sign for their 5GB tablet plan for RM18 month coz I'm currently paying a supplementary line for my iPad at RM48 per month but that's quite wasteful coz you can't do unlimited calls or text messages with the iPad. So after the two years contract, I can still keep the plan. Maxis only allows us to register for this plan if we get an iPad from them.

I’m using a subline number on my ipad too now. Yeah i agree, just need internet actually, so its a waste using subline on this but 5gb internet enough?

Or you can pay RM28 per month and they will add that to your principle line data pool so you can allocate more data from the app if you need to. My data pool is unlimited because I'm using their home fibre plan but because of the CMCO and what not, decided to go with 5GB first and can upgrade it to RM28 later. Maxis really jialat, when under contract upgrade no penalty, but downgrade cannot

Yes, if I choose the 28 I will get unlimited. But for now I chose 18 for 5GB first

Yes, the plan is mine to keep even after the Zerolution contract ends. I asked them that at the maxis centre yesterday before I signed the plan.
