Yup. Gamuda Land invested on drainage system because of their project called Kundang Estates is very close with Bandar Baru Kundang. Hopefully no more flood in that area. Btw, Scientex Kundang jaya is quite close with industrial area. Anyone knows what type of industries running there. I see Palm Oleo is producing some kind of soap, detergent etc...

Drainage completed. so far no flood. Industries - linde , textile , marble , metal , precast concrete & plastic.

Nearby got padang kuda & mbs center swimming pool.

I went to the sales gallery yesterday but the masterplan for this project still blurry. Maybe the developer is yet to launch the project. I like the idea of 3-storey but is a NO for me because there is no bathroom at the 3rd floor. If they put bathroom at the 3rd floor, sure it will be selling out fast.
Scientex is quite a big developer, but their recent project in Durian Tunggal, melaka received a lot of complaints due to defect. Hope they can improve the quality in kundang jaya. I'm looking for their 2-storey house but not available anymore. Anybody here succeeded with bank loan? which bank is offering great interest rate?

The best part of this project is located at forest area... Not from kelapa sawit or lombong area. But, the area still no commercial buildings and people need to drive about 10 minutes to buy daily needs. I saw empty rumah kedai at the road between industrial area and road to rawang town...not sure due to CCC problems or marketing failure.

Those who are worried about Flooding in Kundang Jaya, do not worry. Kundang jaya is a non-flooding area.

We had floods in the past near BBK area, Kampung Baru as well as near Kg Sg Serai (due to Gamuda Garden's development was in early stage so the drainage wasn't completed).

I believe the shoplots that you could see near the Kundang Jaya simpang there are mainly due to marketing failure - if one could open a 24/7 mamak shop and a convenience store, the rest will simply follow suit!

I think within 5 mins / 3km, u can get 99 speedmart, 711, Mini Market & etc there. Both 99 speedmart & 711 side by side

Yup. Basic things like petrol station, ATM machines, mamak, mini mart and hardwares are important. Hope Scientex and gamuda can work on this at kundang jaya.

All of this kekurangan that the reason scientex selling on this price + discount. It is not easy the get people interested to buy at this area because there is nothing.. u ONLY get house for now. Seriously if u have better price better location then go for it no need to digging to much about kundang jaya because you already know the answers :-)

Come on, we believe everyone on this platform is discussing for a big decision like ‘buying a house’. We are not complaining but stating facts on real situations. As long as no harm and negative words, everyone should give opinions freely. 😊 i also believe the developer needs this platform too in promoting their projects. Right?

There is no banner / billboard/ signboard a long the ways to scientex projects. Mysterious :-)

So far spotted 1 billboard along the PLUS highway (in between exit for Sg Buloh (U) & Rawang (S), if on the way from KL to North

I think they focus more on digital marketing.. I always see their ad in IG & FB.
