Melihat kepada kemasukan giant² developer like Mah sing, Gamuda, Glomac, Eco world in rawang for sure ada perancangan in future. They are not simply/gambling buy/invest the land and built up the project if there is no return! it's gonna be a big changes coming in rawang landscape in the next 10 years! :-)

Developers are only interested in selling property, what will happen after is not their responsibility or control.

Rawang is difficult to say... just look at Jalan Rawang heading to Aeon Anggun. It’s almost 10 years and the road still pending and pending. But it’s different story in Kundang. Gamuda Land invested on wider road and direct highway exit, everything will be more organized. Actually Kundang’s location is far better than puncak alam if you’re working in KL-Damansara.

Yes, i'm living and working in TTDI & Damansara area currently. It's just 25km away reach my work place. And my wife is working in KL city too which easily access via Jalan Duta.... Location wise is much strategic. As it is easily link to Plus highway... We explored places like Semenyih, Kajang, Bandar Saujana Putra, Dengkil and so on. Kundang access will be still the best to suite 2 of us. And.... we can also enjoy the GG's park later which very similar to Desa parkcity. Just placed my booking this morning. According to Sales person, the 3 storeys most likely will be launch in month or 2 later.....

According to sales person:

2 storey (3xxk - non bumi), however all fully booked and buyers already identified their own preferred unit (as 2 storey introduced much earlier than 3 storey).

3 storey (4xxk - non bumi), just introduced and opened for booking recently. However, unable to choose the unit yet until Aug/Sept. 50% booked and they are selling fast.

I believe all races. There is "Kampung Baru" nearby (within 2km) with SJKC school, SK & SMK also not too far away.

Suggest you to dropby and have a look. Their sales gallery just completed recently, show unit still in progress, but it is completing soon, i guess by August.

Note: please bring along your cheque book (must use cheque) for booking.

Hope this give you some insight out. Sorry if any wrong info given, Cheers!

So, it’s a flood area or not? 🤔
The project site is hilly but who know?.. anyone from Kundang area can comment on this?
From google maps, the project site quite near to fish farm and river.

I guess that’s why they have 2 small lakes in the masterplan.. possibly the lakes will control the water flow in the area.. i check out Gamuda Gardens masterplan, they also include quite a number of lakes.

I just suggest to do due diligence only, I'm not from there so can't comment, even your house is higher ground, the access road also important, if you can't go home or leave the area also an issue.

Just be safe than sorry. 😊

True true....
Anyway, am just put booking fee 1st. Still got month or 2 to decide when Start the actual launch. Better do more research on the area and so on. As long as the access from there to PLUS highway is ok, then it’s fine for me....

Bandar Baru Kundang affected with flood terribly in 2017-2019. Correct?
Kampung Sungai Serai also affected in 2017.
From the picture, it’s not far from scientex kundang jaya. Anyone can clarify? 😅

I am local in Bandar Tasik Puteri area, when go back home, usually go through Scientex.
My opinion is Bandar Baru Kundang & Kg Sg Serai are both on lower ground.
Scientex site is on higher ground than those two places.
I dont think flood will be an issue with Scientex.

I came across an article that they recently just made some drainage system enhancement to tackle the flood issue in Bandar Baru Kundang.
