I heard the 2-storey house already fully booked. 😬 the location quite good but the masterplan still not available. The 3-storey quite nice and 40% taken. Dikme liked this post

Show house is still under construction, but all 2-storey units already fully booked. 🤦♂️ One thing is the location quite near with factory area. Hope no pollution later. Dikme liked this post

Went to the project site yesterday. The progress is quite good on the show house and sales office. The sales rep told me that there will be commercial lot (rumah kedai) at the front area. For me it is a good move by scientex since no rumah kedai nearby. They just need a gov school at the area and it’s gonna be great.👌
I just booked 3-storey house. All 2-storey house fully booked and Phase 2 will be launched anytime soon. |

The project site is hilly but who know?.. anyone from Kundang area can comment on this? From google maps, the project site quite near to fish farm and river. |
