Went to the project site yesterday. The progress is quite good on the show house and sales office. The sales rep told me that there will be commercial lot (rumah kedai) at the front area. For me it is a good move by scientex since no rumah kedai nearby. They just need a gov school at the area and it’s gonna be great.👌
I just booked 3-storey house. All 2-storey house fully booked and Phase 2 will be launched anytime soon. |

Indeed price wise looks good! Freehold some more and this area is good as well since it's in between Sg Buloh/Kuang and Rawang - and not deep inside or shares the same B27 rawang road like those of Tasik Puteri.
But I wonder how their shoplots gonna be.. since there are already a lot of empty shoplots near the kundang jaya junction so not sure how these gonna make any difference.. |

AgreeThey will enlarge is not promising what u see that is wat u get for time being at least 3 to 5yrs after all fasa completed maybe after 10yrs baru tempat tu membangun. It's all about permintaan dan penawaran. Scientex only sell the house not with the complete packages. 3++k :-) |
