For Iris project which is double storey, there is no extra land for end lot only for corner lot have it. :-)

Anyone know if the houses will be IBS or conventional type? My friend went show unit

The ID is funny, TV set across the living area. Open door and people passing by while watching TV? Worried if actual units plug point will be the same as the show unit. Really not practical leh.. I cannot believe scientex can be so stupid to propose such things.

Any scientex staff in here can answer me?

HOC (stamp duty) is part of MOT. Others fee in MOT / processing / etc need to pay by buyer :-)

I agree with taman sari. Maintenance fee pretty high. Also same like condo but township not that par with EW.
