Physical Mesra Card is basically useless now then or it still recognized and can collect points without setel app?

I didnt get the mesra points in my last 1-2 physical swipes, so I had to submit the receipt. That was over a year ago.

Physical mesra card still can use, but then rugi lorh... only get 1 point per litre. cry.gif But with Setel, your points earned per liter will increase as you fuel more. thumbup.gif

Conclusion: Setel more worth it, especially if you fuel regularly at Petronas...

i still need the mesra card, coz petronas ikwan still not rebate under setel
so have to do 2 side.
but now my mesra csard hilang pulak....

Cash top up is now possible via counter. Last time I request to enable top up via PGC. Would be nice if they also allow this for PGC and Lazada eVoucher so that can consolidate into just the setel app.

say i use grab credit card reload, i get 5 points. then i reload mesta inside grab app, get 3 points? total 8 pts.

Setel was working previously until one day. When open the app, there's a pop up error message "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection." Using Tunetalk. Internet is fine as can surf net, sent whatsapp messages etc.

Anyone knows how to solve this issue? Setel support staff wasn't of much help. Asked to clear cache and reinstall app but it didn't work. Still having the same problem.

i have same issue like this previously. have you try reinstall the apps?

Tried reinstalling but still the same. How did you solve your issue? Yours work after reinstalling?
