Setel was working previously until one day. When open the app, there's a pop up error message "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection." Using Tunetalk. Internet is fine as can surf net, sent whatsapp messages etc.

Anyone knows how to solve this issue? Setel support staff wasn't of much help. Asked to clear cache and reinstall app but it didn't work. Still having the same problem.

CS said no cashback as Setel is considered online. So do you still use Setel app, or have you given up on Setel and swipe the card at the kiosk?

I'm new to the card. So I'm not sure about this. That's why I asked cs about the cardterus at Setel app and was told that I have to tap physically on the kiosk. I've done both the transactions, one using cardterus via Setel app, and one tap straight at the kiosk. I haven't got my first statement yet. But description stated on the sc app is Setel and PSS xxx respectively.

So since you have confirmed that can use cardterus via setel app to get petrol cashback, then it's good!!
